Dave Demangos introduced me to Send Out Cards in 2011 and I started using the system in the autumn. Using the Send Out Cards website, it is very easy to show appreciation to your customers, clients, patients, etc. by sending them a real greeting card in the mail for about $ 1 per card. The cards can be customized with your own photos and your own words, or you can use any of about 17K cards they have in their database. You can also easily create «campaigns» (Send Out Cards speak for a card that you will use multiple times for different people, such as birthday greetings, nice to meet you messages, thank you notes, etc), so you can set up a card once and have it go out again to other contacts later with the click of a button.
Dave and his wife Gina are very helpful with teaching their clients how to use the site. They are masters at using this great tool for business follow up.
