History

Established in 1985.

I started Sea Level Sound in San Diego after moving from New Jersey, first installing in-​car analog phones (remember those?), stereo systems and security devices, then expanding to specializing in electrical troubleshooting, repair, fabrication and restoration. After 30 years as an on-​site service for vehicles, I decided to follow my life-​long passion for vintage home stereo equipment and utilize my many acquired skills into a full time home-​based business, restoring these old beauties to their original sonic and visual grandeur!

Now I’m focused on buying and selling this great sounding stereo gear that I’ve been around my whole life.
