SDBytes Computer Repair

SDBytes and its owner, Shannon, are great. There are plenty of people out there that are handy with computers. But as a small business owner myself, I want to deal with a professional. I don’t just appreciate that Shannon is competent and fair. I also appreciate that he is responsive and values my time and does things when he says he will and within budget. So if your time is money and you can’t afford to have your computers down, don’t call your neighbor’s kid. Instead call up SDBytes and let a professional get you running again.
Oh, and my big regret is that I didn’t use him to fix the broken power jack on my laptop — the other guy I found on Unilocal last year didn’t replace the jack but just used some superglue that smells funny.

I have been sending my computer, networking and web work to Shannon Isselhardt since 2003. Shannon is always friendly, responsive and knowledgeable whenever we have work for him. I have dealt with computer repair people in the past that may have been good at their jobs but lacking in their people skills. If you are like me and don’t have a broad knowledge of computers, your computer technician has got to be able to explain things to you in plain English right? So if you need great work done from a friendly, hard working, knowledgeable computer tech with people skills, Shannon is your guy.

Can’t believe I’m the 1^st to review this topnotch service. I’ve called on Shannon at SD Bytes several times for virus problems and he has been polite, professional, and quick to respond and take care of «curing» my computer. SDBytes/​Shannon is the best! I have a laptop that I haven’t been able to use for a couple years because it would crash everytime I would start it up. I brought it to Geek Squad originally because instead of just throwing out my laptop and getting a new one, I wanted to see if they could save it! At the very least, save my music and pictures. Well they told me there was nothing they could do and that my laptop was done for! A friend told me they had used Shannon before and that he worked miracles for her so I gave it a shot. Not only did Shannon fix whatever the problem was, he also made it so my laptop runs sooo fast now! Not to mention, he had my laptop back to me soooo quick.
