Great guys, decent price point. They have the fastest waverunner a available in ALL of San Diego and they DO NOT put governors in them (I checked!) ;)
Right out of the dock our wave runner broke down and they brought us back a other one and started our time all over (and gave us extra for the hassle)!

Not a good option if you have kids with you. The price is good and includes gas and transport to the Mission Bay. The handler TJ was very rude and foul mouth in front of children.

The last two summers, family members from Los Angeles have come to visit me in San Diego for a jet skiing adventure. We have rented from this company and we have enjoyed their service, their jet skies and we are getting ready to do it again for the upcoming holiday weekend. The guys that run the company are prompt, professional and excellent at explaining the rules and regulations of jet skiing. Their prices are fair and you will have a fantastic experience on the water!

Rented the supercharged jet ski and had such a blast! Guys here were great and they offered lots of cool things to add on (go pro, waterproof cases). Definitely will be back!

June 2014 I rented 2 jet ski’s. So much fun, personable and helpful. They were great. Definitely coming back this summer!

Just returned our jet ski from a 2 hour outing in the bay. We had a great time and all of the guys here were super helpful. We weren’t sure what to expect as this was our first time renting a motorized water vehicle and the employees explained everything very well and were honest and up front. No hidden fees which was very much appreciated since you hear of that happening often with this type of rental. We will return and recommend this place to our friends.

2^nd time here these guys have the best deals out there and the wave runners are excellent! Staff is really nice and they are accommodating even if you’re late cuz of traffic!

I loved my experience here! It was so enjoyable jet sking for the first time! The company made my nerves calm down because he answered all my concerning questions. We went over the basic steps how to use it and safety things!
They transported the jet ski as we followed him, its basically a two mile radius. The waters we went too was nice surrounded by sea world and beaches. During our ride we even witness a seal! How amazing was that!!! You can drive up to 50 miles per hour with one person on it or up to 43 miles per hour with a second body. Trust me it was so scary!!!
We paid for 95 dollars for 2 hrs and the weekend it is 80 dollars! Gas was not included. Gas depends on much you use on your dirty riding!

Awesome service.
The owner was prompt and fast. He explained the Bay to us really well, showed us exactly how the skis operate and the do’s and don’ts. He was super chill and laid back. I was nervous about renting jet skis after I saw some people say other places charged them through the roof for damages. This guy was cool, took a video of previous damage before we left and we had zero issues. Followed his directions and didn’t get rough and no problems.
So glad we rented here. We had a BLAST!
Oh and we got an awesome deal too! Lower than other places were charging. We will definitely be back :)

Great jetskis and price! My boyfriend and I made a same day reservation for 2 hours of jet skiing on one jetski for about $ 120 including gas refill at the end. They were very helpful and answered any questions we had, which we really appreciated. The only downside wasn’t their fault, which was the fact that we couldn’t legally go over 5 mph in most of the bay.

BEYOND DISAPPOINTED. Called on Wednesday to book my jet ski and tube rental for my boyfriends bday for that Sunday. Everything was easy and decently priced and we were very excited about it. Call the day of my rental appt. to confirm the pick up time and they had no idea who I was and didn’t have any reservation saved under my name even though I had called days in advance and gave them my credit card info. They said it was fine because they still had the rentals available. Get there to pick it up and they tell me the tube had a hole in it and wouldn’t be available.
1. Why wouldn’t you have called me to tell me that ahead of time. The tube was 90% of the reason we wanted the jet ski in the first place.
2. You rent tubes for a living… Why wouldn’t you have a patch kit on hand???
The whole situation was so frustrating and completely ruined the fun day I had planned for my boyfriends birthday. He then tells me that he will waive the 25% cancelation fee because it was their mistake. No frickin duh you will waive it. Really bad experience with this place.

This is hands down the best experience I have ever had! We have rented from this company 6 times in the past few months and it has always been a good time. The price is one you can’t beat! Ryan and his team are hilarious and provide the best service! It really just felt like I was borrowing jet skis from some buddies.
Don’t let the location worry you, these guys know what they are doing. When you go to pick up the Jet Ski’s for the first time, you meet them at their warehouse and they go over the safety and instructions with you. (The first time I rented, they were awesome enough to work with me because it was for a surprise birthday event and made sure to deliver on time. They also helped me map out a way to surprise because there was Regatta competition going on at the time and some routes were closed. They went above and beyond by surveying the area for me the day before to figure out which part of Mission Bay I should stay in) They actually take video of the jet ski’s you rent in front of you so that you are not held responsible for anything pre-​existing. Then they follow you to the drop off point and start the timer once you hit the water.
We were even able to extend our rentals by another hour the day of because we were having so much fun. Every time we have rented, we got 3 seaters and they each top out around 50 – 60 MPH depending. They are clean, they give more than enough life jackets and the only other cost would just be the fuel that you use. We used ours for 3 – 4 hours and the tanks were about $ 60 to fill for 2 Jet skis. Not bad at all. Of course this depends on how you drive them as well.
I’ve booked on a whim with these guys and they also accommodated for us as well.

We had originally chosen a different company to go skiing with because we never saw this place during our initial search on the iPhone. A last minute search on the Mac, and we saw a sponsored ad at the top that had an amazing deal compared to the other ski companies in the area; Weekday special $ 99 for 3-​hours. A quick check of the Unilocal reviews and we decided to use this vendor.
We initially called and no one answered, but a few minutes later, the company contacted us and I spoke to a friendly person over the phone that stated they had skis available and to give them a 30-​minute heads up we were on our way.
We met at the shop and to be honest, driving here I was a bit nervous. You have to drive into a very shady part of town past a bunch of run down strip clubs and a hole in the rub and tug Asian Massage parlor. Even the shop itself is at the end of a court in what looks like a bunch of chop shops/​junkyards.
When we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staff and went over the contract. The staff showed us how to use the jet ski at the shop, as this was our first time ever being on a ski. The staff went over do’s and don’ts such as docking, untangling sea debris and modeless how to have the most fun possible. While we were doing this business stuff another employee was taking the ski down to the water.
On the way to the water, we made a quick stop at a CVS and got water and snacks. When we arrived at the water, the employee was pleasantly waiting for us and helped us launched the ski. Before launching, the employee recorded a video showing previous damages and another do’s and don’ts. Basically, the employee said don’t piss off the lifeguard and don’t crack the fiberglass.
Our three hours did not start until our ski hit the water and I think we even got an extra five or ten minutes rounded to the top of the hour. Once in the water, we had a blast. We went through almost a full tank of gas. The water was warm enough to swim in and the area was big enough to do what you wanted with the ski. We got a little bored and attempted to venture out into the ocean. Apparently, we weren’t supposed to go this far, which I assumed, but it was never said or not said. Once we left the harbor, the swells got pretty big and we noticed there was no one else out there, so we turned around. going back into the harbor, we jumped a few of the swells and could feel the ski come out of the water; it was a blast. We found jumping the wakes of the boats in the open speed area was also a lot of fun. We never got talked to by the lifeguards, but others did and they are everywhere in boats. I think our ski, a 2011 Waverunner topped out at about 47 mph, but we were told they have a ski that goes about 80 mph. The wave runner was plenty of fun
When are time was up, we were met at the dock and loaded up the ski. We left back to the hotel and called an hour or so later and got our total price for the day. Gas and Ski total was about $ 120 and worth every penny. I would highly recommend this company based on their great deals and friendly customer service. Three hours was perfect amount of time.

Staff was extremely friendly and thorough in showing us the ropes of jet skiing.
The price was unbelievably low. We got the early bird special (before 10am) 2 jet skis for 2 hours… total $ 150
It was even a delight to see they were not there to pick their jet skis up right on the exact minute/​second of the two hour window. About 10 minutes later they showed up.
I’ll be going to San Diego a few times a year to jet ski at Mission Bay and this place will continue to get my business.

I called in 3 days in advance to rent two jetskis for the early bird special. When my family and I arrived around 930AM Friday morning, we were greeted by the chill crew. Filled out some paperwork and went over some safety precautions and features of their nice and sleek jetskis. Then they transported me to Mission Bay (1 mile away) and got us in the waters by 1015. Everything was hassle-​free.
We rented both jetskis for 3 hours, and time went by really fast. You’ll realize that when you’re having so much fun on the waters doing donuts and going anywhere from 0−45mph. Mission Bay is an ideal area for boats and jetskis. There are areas where the water is very warm (80deg F) and perfect to take a break and jump in and float around.
I had a ¹⁰⁄₁₀ experience and will definitely rent from them when I’m back in SD!
–Checked in on Unilocal and rented a GoPro Hero 3+ for only $ 10 to capture the crazy times I had on the jetskis.

I’ve never jet skiied before but boy was I excited to use my groupon!
So I bought a groupon way back in December and I finally had the chance to cash it in during June. The service here is so chill and laid back. When I called them, the guy was very helpful and informative and booking a ski was super easy. When we got there, we signed a few waivers and we waited outside for them to get our jet skis ready.
Once we got into the beach it was awesome. They have wave runners, which are really sturdy and beginner friendly jet skis. They even gave us a ten minute grace period and after 5 minutes, you will get the hang of the jet ski.
As for cost, the groupon cost me $ 35 per ski but I think it is normally 70. You pay $ 10 per ski to have them transport it to the beach for you and around $ 10 for gas. Overall, it can add up quickly but it’s worth it.
Overall, I highly recommend these guys. I don’t know how other jet ski companies are but these guy definitely set the bar high!

A jet ski or boating experience will definitely get you mega points on a date! ;)
We had the best time on their jet skis! The harbor wasn’t packed when we went (mid April) so we were able to take advantage of that and go at top speed. It’s best to go on a really warm day as the wind gets cold so check the forecast beforehand! For those of you who want to take pictures, they’ll provide you with waterproof pouches upon request.
Overall the staff here is really laid back and helpful! The time starts when you hit the water; a very fair policy. It’s actually a plus that they aren’t located on the water otherwise you’d waste time getting out of the dock. They bring it right onto the water for you :)
First time renting but it won’t be the last; highly recommend!

Top notch service and great prices! I’ve rented from Ryan and crew (thanks Mikey and Lee!) twice and both times were a breeze. After setting up the rental over the phone, Lee met me at a location and time that I designated. After some brief paperwork and about 10 minutes of instruction, Lee had us launched and ready to go. From the shore into the water all within 20 minutes! That’s just as fast as any rental location on the water that I’ve rented from and at a fraction of the cost.
Highly recommended and would do business again.

These guys are great and go above and beyond. They make it easy to get all the paperwork done and within 30 mins you will be in the water with your jet-ski’s able to go wherever you want. I paid $ 99 for 3 HOURS, (shhh don’t tell) and they took the jet-​skis to the water for us, you can’t beat that anywhere. They record the jet skis for damage before you leave, and give you the option to do it as well so you don’t have to worry about scams. Stop reading and go rent your jet-​skis!!!

My husband, mother-​in-​law and I had a great experience with this place! Highly recommended. The guy that helped us out allowed us extra time on our waverunners at no extra cost because it was the end of the day and also my husbands birthday. He was so nice and accommodating. We will definitely rent waverunners from them again.
