Bad business practices abound. Management just terminated the site supervisor, a veteran of 23 years, beloved by parents AND kids. The termination was affected without prior notices to parents and no on-​site support for the kids. Management very tight lipped about cause of termination or end goal of the actions taken.
Many of us (the parents) were sold on the terminated employee as the face and exemplar of the program. Now we feel adrift and feel that SAY pulled a bait and switch on us.
II cannot recommend this program based on the actions of management and the current loss of qualified staff.
