My mom came here for an acupuncture appointment. She was left behind and forgotten while the staff was closing up the office. She was left alone with needles in her body, screaming for help for almost 2 hours. The only reason she didn’t get locked in for the night was because the receptionist came back to pick something up and saw her trying to open the front door.
This is unprofessional, unacceptable, and above all, unsafe. There is no excuse for such neglect

Dr. S and Dr. C are wonderful. They helped fix my pain in a timely manner. I always learn something new from Dr. C.
The only reason I am giving them a 4 & not a 5 is because they are never on time. Be prepared to wait when you have an appointment.

I have seen a lot of chiro’s over the years and I have to say that Satnick Chiropractic is the best!
Dr. C is just wonderful. She was very interested and observant about my issues. Her adjustment was awesome too. She really takes her time and she found some issues that I didn’t even know I had.
I really appreciate how great the receptionist is too. She is efficient and friendly.
I’ve been to see them for the past few months, and even though it is a twenty minute drive from downtown SD where I live, I will definitely keep coming here.
Also, I am a cash client, and their rates are very reasonable.

I was referred here through Kaiser & feeling hopeful that the two treatments they did today are going to help as 3 visits to the doctor have not done much of anything.
The office is in need if a remodel for sure as everything is rather dated. However, the staff is so very kind & accommodating as I had a hard time walking or standing today & that was appreciated.
The chiropractor & I had a nice chat, she took x-​rays & treated me twice with these gun adjusters & electric stimulus. She asked a lot of questions & checked my movement. I’m thankful how close they are to the freeway & will be going back in again for more treatments tomorrow.
