Ms. Van Guilder created a Living Trust, my will, my Advance Health Care Directive, and Durable Powers of Attorney for Financial Matters. In addition, she produced an Affidavit of Death for Joint Tenants and prepared the Quitclaim Deeds for me, so the property could be put into the new trust. I would like to give Ms. Van Guilder, my highest, unqualified recommendation.
