San Diego Student Recovery (SDSR) specializes in sober living, outpatient treatment and intensive outpatient services for young adults ages 18 — 35 who are in school or working towards a career or certification.

Age Specific Treatment — SDSR is committed to helping college age students recover from their addiction by providing a safe, supportive and sober environment of peers.

Academics — Study rooms, tutoring resources, academic advising, and time management training are available

Clinical — Outpatient treatment, DBT/​CBT, Individual Therapy, Group Therapy, case management and psychiatry are all available based on each clients individual needs.

Recovery — SDSR encourages all clients to get involved in their recovery from drug and alcohol addiction but providing 12 step support, recovery meetings, service opportunities and recovery conferences & conventions. SDSR has a close relationship with the collegiate recovery communities on many of the surrounding campuses and often participates in their sober community events or hosts their own.

Fitness — Located in beautiful sunny La Jolla, California there are plethora of outdoor sport available including biking, beach volleyball and paddle boarding. Yoga, Pilates, basketball, racquetball as well as a fully equipped gym on site at La Jolla Crossroads Apartments are available to all clients.

Life Skills — Cooking classes, budget management, resume and career building as well as networking training are offered weekly.

Philosophy: «At SDSR, we know that the college experience can be a period of stress for young men and women.

By providing outpatient treatment and housing free of drugs, alcohol, and other temptations that can negatively impact the success of college students, it is our goal to give members of our community their greatest opportunities to succeed in recovery and in every aspect of their lives.

We are here to help any current undergraduate or graduate college student who is seeking to live in a supportive community that fosters accountability, structure, and most importantly, having fun in recovery!

Business Owner

Concetta brings a vast wealth of knowledge and expertise to the program. Before she brought this program to the San Diego area, Concetta owned and operated two high-​end sober living facilities for almost seven years. It has always been her dream to give college students a safe and supportive home to grow and lay down foundations for success while in recovery, and San Diego Student Recovery is now making that dream a reality.
