San Diego Spine & Disc has changed my life dramatically! I was constantly having pain in my neck and Dr. Krage and Dr. La Hood made it disappear! I look forward going into treatment every week! The staff is very welcoming and always makes me feel right at home. I highly recommend this program and am very thankful that i am able to take advantage of this opportunity to not only to just relieve the pain but determining and resolving the root of problem.

He did not help me at all… He actually gave me new(foot) problems. When I stopped making appointments he never called to check in. When disability tried to reach him he ignored them. This guy is a real swindler. I should’ve known it from the get go when he offer a $ 1,000 discount only if you signed up right away(for him outdated machines and impersonal/impolite service). He is also a mormon, and only hires mormons, which gives the place a creepy air… I went in for help with a back and neck problem. He showed me x-rays of a spine with bolts in it and told me horror stories. After saying I was a «good candidate»(which I think may have been legal jargon in case he didn’t help me) he happily began the billing process and literally only spoke to me a handful of times afterwards; literally ducking appointments. He also tried to convince me that I had a metabolic disorder(his unqualified hobby) and gave me herbs that made me very sick. This guy is a scammer and I really hope you save your money and time.

I must say off the bat that I think it is wierd there are ZERO reviews for this practice on Unilocal.I’m the only one? Really? methinks not and something fishy is going on here. I made an appointment with Dr. Krage because I have an issue with my toe. I saw him on the news(KUSI) promoting his new business, Happy Feet. He was extending an offer for a free consultation and two free laser treatments. This is the second time this has happened to me. I go into a chiropractors office(although I assumed he was a Medical Doctor and he’s not) and they do this used car sales pitch on me. I’m in sales myself and I smelled it as soon as walked in the door when they offered me bottled water(which was nice). So I’m in Dr. Krage’s office waiting for him to come in. When he does, he tells me that HE usually doesnt meet with his patients to evaluate but has one of his subordinate Chiros do it. However, in my case he could find the time. Do I feel special or what? Then goes on to let me know there is a procedure to this«evaluation» in order to make sure I am «qualified» as a patient. If I don’t «qualify» then he would be happy to refer me to the appropriate specialist. Ok fine. He asks me a series of questions like have I had any surgeries, cancer, yadda yadda then show me this video of this 60 – 70 year old woman’s lower half walking on a treadmill. She had grossly pronated feet and screwed up toes and infoms me that this is what can happen if you dont take care of your feet. Well I came in because I have a specific issue with my toe. I had it xrayed last week and thought since he presented himself as a foot doctor he could tell me what was wrong with it. Before he even looked at my toe, he tells me that before I leave today, I would know exactly and specifically what was wrong with my toe and that he would preform a laser treatement to help regenerate some of the cells. He then tells me that I need to come back for the second complimentary laser treatment within 48 hours and needed to bring my husband. Um… ok…my husband works in construction and cant make it. Well then, the choice is mine, either my husband comes or he can’t treat me. He goes on to say that if I was having surgery and needed a consulation from the Doctor wouldn’t I want my husband there with me then? Well, maybe not if it was for something small LIKEGETTINGYOURTOELASERED. I decided not to argue with him because I just wanted him to look at my toe. After he does and looks at the xray, he informs me that he cannot help me and that I need to see and orthopedic surgeon and basically walked out and that he didn’t know what was wrong with my toe. Seriously, he could not get me out of there fast enough. Not only did he NOT recommend a specialist like he said he was going to, but I’m surprised that there wasn’t a separate exit door for the«non-qualifiers» with a sign that says«Don’t let the door hit you in the ass on the way out.»
