I asked service 2÷11÷15 about my small claim case lady good response quickly two day after gentleman confirmed proof of service and gave me a details of next step very reliable service and best price of san diego

When I went to their office, the lady told me they would make 4 attempts to serve the defendant. They made one attempt and still charged me $ 75. Their reason was because the security guard made them leave. Their process server should have waited for the defendant to walk outside. I gave them a clear picture of what he looks like.
I used a different company and they we’re able to serve him at his lunch break, so clearly San Diego Processing didn’t make much of an effort.

Called this place to get a quote and the lady who answered the phone was very rude. I asked her some questions and she was like «I JUST told you blah blah blah…» hello? obviously I did not hear you hence me asking you. If initial experience is this lousy, I can’t imagine the actual transaction. I am definitely taking my business elsewhere. I should have checked with Unilocal first
Going to try Rapid Process Service instead since the person who answered the phone was so much friendlier.

They didn’t serve the defendent and wanted more money to finally serve her at her work, which she didn’t need to be present for. Why they just didn’t do this to begin with or on the fourth attempt (which is the last) is beyond me. Instead they wanted more money to finalize the service. And, it took two weeks for them to tell me they can’t get to her. Use at own (pocketbook) risk :).
