San Diego Nail

I wish not to write another bad review regarding this company, but hopefully these comments will be used to improve their business. I came here for the second time to get a full set. My first experience was pleasant, but this second time was not so. I arrived to the spa in the late afternoon on New Year’s Eve. I was explaining the style I want my set to be, and my nail technician asked if I would hurry up and pick a color. I thought I heard wrong so I didn’t comment on it. I ask if the tools she used were clean and she said yes, but I believe she was lying because she pulled it out a box that was labeled «dirty tools». While working on my nails more patrons started to arrive and I felt she was not very attentive to me. I tried to have conversation with her in hope if I was friendly she would do a good job on my nails. They did look good after I left, but twelve days later my nail fell off going into my purse. The entire nail! After that I knew I wanted to go to another nail salon. I was able to peel the rest of the nails off with almost no effort. It is unfortunate how my second experience was not as delightful as my first.

I saw this shop as I was passing by and I wish I would have kept driving because it was not worth the money. They are not friendly, they did a bad job on my nails and pedi. The nail polish are old and do not show up well. Not expensive for such a poor job and service. Not a good nail shop experience.

Not clean! Thought I’d give them a try, probably won’t be back tho. First thing I noticed was the spa tub that u put your feet in was dirty with scum & hairs floating on top. I was gonna walk out right then but I felt bad. so I sat down got my pedi… second thing, I noticed the other worker there finished some other lady’s mani & did not sanitize the tools before she put them back in the case & in the drawer to be used by the next person. Makes me think if the tools being used on me were sanitized beforehand. One of the reasons I get a pedi is to relax, & how can u relax when all your thinking about is infections. :(

I hate it when I don’t have a good experience, but I didn’t. I came here b/​c my usual spot was completely full and this was my one free moment to get a pedi. Tried this place since it was close to home and well polish came out lumpy in some spots and did not cover the nail. For the price and as simple as my request was I think their product should have been better.
