Very Fun and Knowledgeable lesson in a cozy place surrounded by nice guitars, amps, and famous band posters. I felt like I played the guitar at home. Many nice cool licks from the various songs that he already set up and handy manuals were printed out before the lesson. I could learn and practice from the basic skills to advanced ones like professional guitar player. Computer and printer logged in the internet during teaching so he searched any songs needed for the lesson immediately. Good and valuable time to upgrade my guitar performance.

I’m currently taking piano lessons from Jason and its been very good so far. I’ve had no formal musical training ever and needed to start from scratch and he’s provided me with the tools and teaching necessary to obtain my goals of playing the piano. I recommend Jason’s teaching for anyone looking to learn or improve their musical skills.

Jason Gastrich is the best. My 11 year old son looks forward to his lessons each week. He is inspired to practice every day and always says he loves his lessons. Jason is easy going and very talented. He relates well to his students and is generous with his time. He has been teaching my son how to improvise on his electric guitar which my son thinks is a blast. We highly recommend him!

I have studied with Jason for two years and the lesson structure is excellent. If you have basic understanding of guitar already, or have been playing for awhile, his refresher lessons will get you back on track quickly. Since my main approach is now composition of original material his strumming technique training and attention to timing were a big push forward. It easy to play something with just a few chords but you have to obtain an edge when you are trying to be original. His notation charts are also extremely beneficial in this process. I still am a student of his. If you’re just starting out Jason is quite patient and good to learn the guitar with. Remember to do your homework. That’s what really gets you where you want to go in music.
