I loved this place. Make sure to checks hours online before you go! Also, check for groupon deals too. It’s a very family and date friendly place. Or if you’re going by yourself, it’s a great way to work out :)

Pretty nice place, shame that they don’t have food. I sucked haha, but overall it’s not a bad establishment. They have set times for public skating though, so make sure you look that up. Happy Skating!

Used a groupon deal for public skating, $ 12 for 2 with skates, which is a great deal. However, this place is completely unorganized when it comes to public skating Public skating is usually a set time for the public to come and skate for fun, not for private lessons, hockey training, and figure skating classes– all of which were going on at the same time as «public skating»?? All of the kids practicing got in the way, skating backwards into people and going the wrong way towards those skating. Two little boys in hockey gear were aggressively racing and knocked each other down in front of me causing me to fall really badly, leaving me with swollen knees and bruised hands. One lady working there tried to help but made things much worse by bringing more attention to the situation causing everyone to stare at me while she walked the kids over to «apologize»; the kids just stood there and stared at me even though I told her to not bring them over to me. Public skating should not be this unorganized and dangerous for those wanting a nice skating experience for fun. I’m leaving now with injuries and a spoiled time.

This is one of the best place to ice skate. They renovated this place and make it more green and environmentally friendly.

Went there today for my husband’s work party. Took my 2 year old daycare girl and my 12 year old special needs son. The arena doesn’t have walkers. ??? We’ve been to several other ice rinks, and they’ve always had walkers. And I have a bum toe so couldn’t wear skates to help the kids on the ice. 2 young gals, one named Cerena, was super sweet and took the 2 year old out into the ice. That’s why I gave the 2 stars. Really nice staff. But my poor 12 year old son, had to sit in the bleachers the whole time. :(It’s a shame that they don’t cater to young kids and special needs children. We won’t be back.

In one semester, 3 out of 12 classes was cancelled by the center(25%). Some cancellation was close to the end of the semester. Although the policy allows make up in the same semester but technically you can’t make it. If you want to get the cancelled lessons back, you have to sign up and paid full for the next semester in the same Arena which is ridiculous. The customer did not get the service due to the ice skate center’s reason, they have to pay more to get what their deserve… Other than that, it was very crowded.

Love it. It never gets as busy as the arena in UTC even though I came in the summer where there is a lot of camp kids. I’ve been going here since I was in preschool. I stopped taking classes after a while but I still come to practice so I won’t get rusty. The staff are really nice and it is a bigger ice rink than others I’ve been to. The cleaning does take long but it worth it to clean the ice. Will come back since it is my home arena.

This place isn’t as busy as UTC Ice but it definitely seems bigger. The place looks a lot older, but the ice is great and parking is really easy as they have their own lot. Their store workers are pretty friendly.

My family and I attended a birthday party here last weekend. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the party area to the skating rink. We really enjoyed this place and look forward to coming back.

I like ice skating so I had fun. They had a plethora of skates BUT wear thick socks because these skates are SUPER uncomfortable! The only other complaint I had was that most people had an hour limit for their time there and they stopped for about 15 minutes to clean the ice. I appreciate the cleaning but not when it cuts into my skate time, they could have done it before opening then idk maybe some time After the hour or something

Once a skater always a skater. The staff there are always friendly, and the coaches are excellent. The staff and coaches here care so much about their customers and the skaters. I’ve tried public skating at other arenas but this one by far gave me the best experiences(maybe I’m a little biased cause this is my home arena).

I have taken my six year old daughter here several times as she is learning how to skate. Even though we have gone typically on teen night, the staff and entire operation are run top notch. The staff is always very attentive and keeps the crowd family friendly. One of the team members even assisted my daughter as she was starting to learn. The boost in confidence cannot be explained. This is a great place to bring the kids for an inexpensive night out. Highly recommended!

I’ve gone to this ice rink a bunch of times to watch the mens league hockey games. I really wish there was a place i could get food. There are snack machines but that’s it. Also, would be great to have some kind of hot chocolate or coffee machine, it gets so chilly! The rink itself is really nice and there is a ton of stadium seating for watching games or performances. Bundle up, it’s chilly(as it should be, it’s an ice rink!).

My wife & I decided to come here between 3 – 5. 3 – 5 was for«everybody.» This was our first time here & it was packed from little girls twirling around to some of the girls practicing with their coaches to little dudes in their hockey outfit taking a small section to practice their skills. It was fun & very enjoyable watching the kids out perform us. I gave 3 stars because it was way too crowded for me. On a different, I took a picture of a Lexus who decided to show no courtesy by taking up 2 spaces in a parking just because her car was new. I’m surprised she didn’t park in the VIP handicap spot! Ha!

A wonderful spot for a kids’ party: They assign each party group their own personable, charismatic and energetic«party manager». This person excites your group of party goers, keeps them from wandering off and stays along to guide everyone throughout your event. They even help novices learn to skate. The kid birthday parties here are superior for another reason. They guide everyone upstairs(parents too) to enjoy their pizza and cake in a heated and twinkle lighted room. Other skate rinks have the kids shivering rink side to gobble down cold and congealed slices of mediocre pizza. At least the mediocre pizza here is served nice and warm. After pizza and cake time, everyone goes back out to the ice to watch and cheer in their birthday kid while they bowl on ice. Very nice touch: they make it snow down on all if the kids while they skate. Parents skate for free and every guest gets a free pass to return. Skate rentals are included. I wrestled with myself between 4 and 5 stars for this great skate place. Had they permitted parents to supply more food choices than salad, pizza and birthday cake — I would consider them a solid five stars. Great place for your kid’s party. Fun for everybody— even for the grown ups. They make your birthday kiddo feel like a star.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great skating and hickey programs for kids and adults. 4 star review instead of 5 as the restrooms are always very dirty. Open skate is fun for he whole family and the birthday parties look equally as fun. Concession area is warm and lined with vending machines — very happy to see healthy choices in there too. Overall we are satisfied with our experiences here.

Really cute place! I’ve been here twice, both for fundraisers so I’ve never had to pay the general admission price, which isn’t all that expensive anyway. If you’re interested in having a fundraiser here, it’s a really easy process but it’s a bit difficult to communicate with the fundraising coordinator. Back to the ice rink itself, the entrance is small but it makes tons of room for the ice rink. During general free skate hours, it can get extremely packed, especially if you a choose a day where there’s fundraisers. The days I’ve gone, there have actually been multiple fundraisers. There was probably at least 200+ people here ice skating and it felt a bit cramped but there was still room to skate. Other than that, it’s a really casual time. Friday nights, they have a really cool snowball fight on the side of the rink where they put up a net and divide you up into 2 teams and you basically just throw snow at each other & it’s just a good time! There’s a DJ in the center that takes requests. The first time I went, they played Top 40 music with a bit of variety and the second time I went, they went for more of a heavy hip-hop scene.

My kids does their hockey and ice skating lessons here. Near to my place makes it a bonus. Price is affordabe. Facility is large enough for them to enjoy and learn ice skating and hockey. Large parking lot and friendly staff. My kids loves coming here during the summer as well. Been coming here for years now. I took one star off because they seem can’t keep up maintaining the restrooms. Other than that, it’s a good place to hangout and cool off esp during summer.

If you like to ice skate and have fun like a kid, then this is the place to be! This place is packed on the weekends for public skating sessions. I love doing fun activities of any sort, I’m not great at ice skating, but I’m determined not to be a hazard on the ice while little kids are zipping and spinning circles around me. Be aware, there are lots of kids, and some adults who can and can’t skate… yes, you are not alone if you want to try it out! Look at the calendar and call heard for the public skate times. The best part… there is a Groupon for it! 4 public skating sessions for $ 20.99, which includes skate rental… that’s just over $ 5 a session! Get it while it lasts!

Excellent place for a birthday party for my 8 year old. I was very skeptical of having a party here, but the parents and the kids loved the ice skating!!! The party hero RJ was good with the kids on the ice. Giving them a quick lesson prior to entering the ice and another quick tutorial after they were on the ice. The party went from good to great once we went upstairs into the party room where RJ preformed magic tricks that the kids are still talking about. Tip #1 if you book a party here request RJ!!! I didn’t spend anytime with the other party hero but he made my daughters party a success!!! Tip #2 be prepared to have lots of fun!!! This place exceeded my expectations
