Scheduled a pick up for a couch. Followed instruction, left check and kept phone on. I was relying on this service and believed that provider would follow through. I left town believing couch would be picked up. On my return, couch was still in driveway. I called owner and he was not one bit remorseful nor did he offer to come the next day saying that it wasn’t his fault because he was unsure about driving the extra distance. Do yourself a favor a pick someone else. Not someone to count on.

I called Tom a few weeks back. He arrived same day and even kept me posted on his arrival time. He took everything I needed removed. Great Guy, Hard Working With A Great Sense Of Humor. I forgot one thing I wanted loaded and he even came back for it after he had already left. :) Will only use and recommend him. Outstanding Service !!

like john says i have dealt with tom for whiile now and has done alot of hauling for me. and since day one he has been professional and nice, i would put up my business rep to say he is a great guy and hauler… most businesses come and try to get me to us them buit io will not use anyone else tom you are the man

He does not even get a star. Like Breanna mentioned, he is extremely rude!!! He is an A hole. I offered to drive my stuff to him, and I would pay him to take it. I cant believe he has been in business this whole time. He did not give me options on where I can go, or if he knows anyone. I am sure for being in the business he should know some one that can help me out. Not people or business friendly. And he hung up on me. What business does that? His attitude will change once his business slows down.

DO NOT USE THIS GUY! He’s extremely rude and unwilling to help. When i called to ask if he was available he said «um i’m gonna pass on this sorry… bye» and hung up on me.
I can’t believe how unprofessional he was. Doesn’t this guy want business? He wouldn’t even let me explain what i needed before he said «he’ll pass» on my request and hung up on me.
