History

Established in 2013.

San Diego Creative Arts Project — SDCAP … is a newly formed non profit Performing Arts organization, invested in engaging, training, and inspiring students of all ages, who desire to grow artistically and confidently in the performing arts. SDCAP, «Where Arts Emerge», offers classes, camps and performance opportunities for kids and adults, in Dance, theatre, voice, and fitness. SDCAP is dedicated to reaching out to include youth from all backgrounds in San Diego County. This new and unique Performing Arts Conservatory program has been created to train, challenge, and produce — technically, and artistically confident performers.

Annual productions will include classic favorites, modern scripts, and SDCAP will produce an original, or updated version of a well known tale with new script and music, giving young performers the opportunity to be part of the creative process. Future plans for Theatrical Productions for Adult performers are in the works.
