I came here today because I needed to take out money for Wednesday’s Unilocal event. This location is closer to my job. I normally go to the one in Chula Vista but this is 9 minutes away from work.
As soon as I walked in, there were two people in line in front of me. I literally waited maybe 10 minutes. The manager came out to apologize which I thought was nice. I only have an hour lunch. After 10 minutes, a lady finally came out to help. I’m thinking to myself «It’s about time!» I’m normally patient but I have a time constraint of an hour. I finally got money and left. The cashier apologized to everyone in line.
This location is much smaller than the one in Chula Vista. They still get 4 stars cause I have been banking with them for so long.
