There’s a reason why these guys have five stars! From the moment I booked the event and when they picked it up to take it back, these guys are professional.
They even called and ensure if I wanted to move forward with the event since it was suppose to rain. Luckily it didn’t and the kids and adults had a blast with the bouncers!
I’ll be booking you guys for future events!

We utilized San Diego bouncers for the first time over the weekend. The entire expire experience was fantastic. Booking was so easy. I did the entire booking on line. Bonus points for not having to talk to anyone. They called to confirm the day before the event and gave me the time they would deliver. Even though I was not the first delivery of the day they were still within 5 minutes of that time. Once set up they made sure the jumper was clean and sanitized it. They were very nice and made small talk with my daughter while she watched them. They called me later to let me know when they would be there for pick-​up. They showed up, getting right to work. They cleaned the jumper before they packed it up. They worked quietly and left without me even noticing, again bonus points for me not having to talk to them. We received tables, chairs, and a bouncer. People had places to sit, places to eat, and a bouncer to keep the kids busy so the adults could drink. Great experience. I would highly recommend them.

This was our second time using SD Bounce. They were just as awesome second time around! Their houses are very clean & their service has been excellent. We booked a month ahead of time and can always rely on this business to show up on time. Very friendly staff & easy to book online. We received many compliments on our Princess bounce house with slide from our guests & people walking by.

This was our first time renting a kids’ bouncy house and party equipment. This was a great experience because of the communication, price, options and most of all the friendly, fun guys who set up the equipment.
We went with a party package that included a pretty large (although not the largest to choose from — but a perfect fit for our backyard) bouncy house, two kids’ tables, a dozen kids’ chairs, six adult-​size chairs, popcorn machine with everything we could ever need for making a ton of popcorn. The price, in my very limited experience, was an excellent deal for that whole package. I filled out the contract online and got a confirmation right away. The week of the event, I received another follow up email and the evening before the event I got a phone call with an expected time of when they would be coming.
They did show up earlier than expected but I would much rather have that then to see someone coming later than they said they would. It was so easy working with the guys setting the bouncy and other rentals up. They were pleasantly chatty and friendly!
After our event I received a phone call with another expected time of arrival, which was about 45mins after the end of our party. But we were having so much fun we didn’t hear the phone and we lost track of time. We were getting in a few more big jumps when they showed up and nothing was cleared away ready to be picked up. They could have been annoyed with us but instead they just picked up the items we weren’t using and let us jump a little longer. They were so great with the kids who were curious about their vacuum cleaner (oh yeah, they sanitized the bouncy once they set it up — so that was reassuring) and even let them help squish all the air out of the bouncy!
Thanks for making it not only a great rental experience but also a fun day for everyone! I’m telling all my friends to check you guys out!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than I had working with SD Bouncers for my son’s birthday party. They were right on time with the delivery and setup, the guys were nice and professional, and the bounce house was even better than we expected: Roomy, super clean and in perfect shape! And they just so happen to have the best rates of any that I was able to find in the area. Five stars and two big thumbs up from us!

Highly recommend San Diego bouncers if you are looking to work with people who not only would like your business but actually care about making your event successful! I needed a jumper the day before my event and even though technically they were not working the day I called they were more than willing to help me out. They were very respectful and even the guys dropping the bouncer off were helpful. Definitely the cleanest bouncer I’ve had by far. They clean it, set it up and clean it again, and before they tear it down they clean it again. Definitely top notch service!

An absolutely seamless process! I booked a jumpy house for an event at my house just a few days before the event, paid on-​line, and the guys showed up to set up at exactly the time they said they’d come. The kids enjoyed playing in it, and so did the adults. I will definitely use San Diego Bouncers again!

Really like the experience with them. I called a couple of days before my kids birthday party that was scheduled for Labor Day. They responded to my inquire quickly and hashed out the specs and size. Went to the website for availability and booked. They showed up 30 minutes before the scheduled event as agreed and came 10 minutes after end time.
They setup and cleaned the bouncer and when they came they quickly did the same.
But the most important thing out of this experience was how much the kids loved the bouncer. It was a really hot day and they still went nuts and gave the parents time to enjoy the party. It was used for setup to removal

After a friend recommended SD Bouncers, I contacted them for a quote to rent tables, chairs & a canopy for a baby shower we were holding in our backyard. Hands down they had the most competitive prices. They called 2 days prior to our event to confirm our order and set the delivery time. They delivered (and picked up) on time and the delivery guys were quick & courteous. We will definitely use this company again for any future party rental needs.

Found this place on Unilocal.Everything from start to finish was so easy and convenient. You can order online but some things I prefer old school… By calling. The gentlemen who helped me was very knowledgable. Prices are very competitive for what you get. We rented the princess dome and I could NOT believe how big this thing was. I mean I was amazed. Very clean and mesh netting which aloud for great air flow. The guys setting it up were very fast as well. We also rented the snow cone machine which was a big hit! I will only use this place from now on! Thanks guys!

Truly the best experience and a great price for everything we rented! Hassle free from the beginning, I didn’t have to worry about them showing up on time and the customer service is great! I will use this company again for future birthday parties… thanks for making my daughters 6^th birthday memorable!

San Diego Bouncers were great! Jesse provided great communication prior to our event and he was able to add last minute rentals for us the day before. The staff came on time for delivery and pick up, they were very polite and professional. I’ll be using San Diego Bouncers for future events and I definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

I love the option to order online. Rorh park had a list of vendors, luckily I went to a birthday party that had rented from here. Loved the service and the guys picking up and delivering were friendly and professional. Once inflated they even cleaned the inside of the jumper. You can tell they are well taken care of. I would rent again!

Very easy and professional. Showed up on time and let us go a bit late. They cleaned the jumper both before and right after which was nice. They are very responsive to setup and questions both by phone and email. Would definitely recommend.

Just awesome. Booked these guys based on their existing Unilocal reviews (because you know, what do I know about bouncers?) for my sons 4^th birthday at Liberty Station yesterday.
Really easy to deal with. Clear communication all round and turned up right on time. The guys were set up very quickly, cleaned it out and went about their day. It was also a godsend to get all the chairs and things from them. Just one of those things you don’t really want to have to worry about.
Very competitive rates, everyone loved the Fundome bouncy we chose and just a pleasure to deal with.

I’ve used SD Bouncers for my events for the past three years and I will never use anyone else for my party needs. Every year Jesse and his team as well as services offered get better and better.
I am a major planner and due to last minute circumstances I had to change the location of my son’s 3^rd birthday party. I literally emailed the company at 630 am explaining my situation and received a response at 645am! I was shocked. I was as even more amazed that they were able to provide me with the exact bouncy that I wanted. Jesse even called me later that day to confirm my order. Long story short, I had to add several additional items to my order (canopy, tables and chairs) four hours before my party and Jesse accommodated it easily. The guys always come and set up (and thoroughly sanitize) and at the end of our party came and took everything down (and cleaned again!). There is nothing like being able to walk away and not have to worry about breakdown after a long day with 2 and 3 year olds.
Customer service with the company is beyond comparison and Jesse and his staff are always very professional, friendly and courteous. You don’t see that a lot anymore. And it’s pretty much one stop shopping. I highly recommended this company.

We hired SD Bouncers for my daughter’s birthday party, and everything went smoothly. We ordered the toddler slide castle and all of the little kiddos had so much fun! They dropped off earlier than expected and set it up quickly. They even picked up later than expected, which was great, because the kids had some extra play time instead of the standard 4 hours. Also, very reasonably priced. Thank you SD Bouncers!

Was going to rent some items but had a question about the total not adding up on the online estimate. It stated 26+2+0=48. So I sent an email asking about it and got the condescending response «as it states on our website, there is a $ 20 delivery charge» which we all know translates to «are you blind?». I would have paid the fee if not for the response. So I responded it needed to be clearer, and got another snarky response that the both the website and the contract stated that. I went back to look and still didn’t see anything on the estimate or the link for the contract. But my point is, you get more flies with honey than vinegar. If they had been more polite, they would have got my business!!! Attached is a pic of the estimate I got. Notice it says delivery is $ 0 but the math doesn’t add up.
