Salvatore’s features delicious and high quality Italian regional cuisine, from antipasti to dolci.
Our private dining room can accommodate up to 65 people, and up to 90 for standing cocktail receptions. We are experienced in hosting a variety of events from corporate dinners to special occasions, such as birthdays, anniversaries and rehearsal dinners.
The entire restaurant is also available to serve groups of up to 175 people. Our semi-private niches throughout the main dining room also allow us to accommodate a variety of seating arrangements.

Founder & Executive Chef
Raffaella Morelli, born, raised and educated in Rome, Italy, has been Salvatore’s heart and soul, since its opening in late 1987. Passionate about her country of origin’s cuisine, she has painstakingly trained a staff, with whom together, she has made Salvatore’s one of the best dining spots in the City.
Deceivingly simple, Raffaella’s dishes, using the finest and freshest of ingredients, find a delicate balance, only achievable through her many years of loving labor in the kitchen. Consequently, one experiences flavors, aromas and subtle textures, rarely found even in the best restaurants of Italy.
With a philosophy of «hospitality over pretention,» every guest is treated as if she or he were a loved family member at each and every step of their dining experience.

Meet the Manager
David H.
Manager
David has been involved with Salvatore’s for more than 25 years – he was originally a customer – and has been the general manager of the restaurant since 2007; he serves also as the restaurant’s sommelier and has extensive knowledge of Italian wines (and other things, like speaking Italian!). He strives to ensure everyone in his dining room has a truly remarkable meal.
