Dr. Salem may be the best robotic surgeon in the San Diego region. She was highly recommended to me by two different doctors I consulted. Dr. Salem met with my wife and I and answered all our questions. She also provided us with a DVD with video of what to expect during the surgical procedure and exercises to do prior to and after my surgery. My surgery is done and two weeks later, I’m back at work. Dr. Salem is the most professional doctor I’ve ever met with, and she has a sense of humor, a welcome trait when you are facing cancer. Dr. Salem and her assistant Tracy, made the entire process easier for me and my wife. I highly recommend her.

It amazed me that when Dr. Salem said ‘here is my email” contact me with any questions or concerns. What doctor does that — Dr. Salem does. Dr. Salem personally answers her email whether it be early morning, in the day or well into the evening. She also calls and follow-​up with you.
As a professional, Dr. Salem is above and beyond — her knowledge and patient care is outstanding. She is an attentive listener, takes time to answer any questions and makes certain you understand the diagnosis.

A doctor’s doctor. In the hospital at dark, leave the hospital at dark on her surgery days. Removed my cancer and probably the best medical experience I ever had to deal with. Thanks Doctor Salem! John N
