A full-​service Realtor offering professional marketing and sales services to Sellers. Our goal is to work aggressively to ensure that all our sellers achieve their real estate goals in a timely and cost-​effective manner. We prepare a custom-​designed, written marketing plan that explains clearly what we do on behalf of our clients to ensure their successful sale.

We also specialize in Buyer counseling and Brokering. We represent buyers as the buyer’s advocate in the selection, negotiation and purchase of homes and investment properties. We conduct an initial interview with all of our clients to learn what they need and want.

Our programs are designed to help clients through the complex maze of issues involved in real estate transactions. Our job is to remove the mystery and anxiety from the process while bringing excitement and success to the real estate experience.

Rosalie has been a real estate agent that my department has been using for over a decade. I am the Executive Assistant for the Department Chair of UCSD’s Computer Science and Engineering Department. When we have faculty recruit candidates coming in for a second interview, Rosalie pampers and provides them an extensive, catered, tour of San Diego specifically to that Faculty recruit candidate. She is always so happy to help, very accommodating, and just a joy to work with. She has helped almost half of our Faculty department in finding their dream homes in San Diego. She is very hard working and will go to great lengths to make sure you feel comfortable with what she is doing for you. She will do all that she possibly can to make sure you are happy with you choice. She is approachable and often does not come off as a real estate agent. She is very friendly and easy to talk to, yet very professional. Overall she makes the whole housing search process much more easier for you.

I highly recommend Rosalie as an extremely competent and ethical real estate professional. In a business field that is intrinsically marred by an inherent conflict of interest, Rosalie is one of these precious professionals who always act with the best interest of the client at heart. She has provided me with an invaluable support when, a couple of years ago, I found myself temporarily unemployed and with a mortgage to pay on an underwater house. Her clear and professional explanations of the pros and cons of all possible scenarios, helped me navigate through that difficult situation and save my house. Her advice has always been in the direction of my best interest, at the expense of what might have been her short-​term profit. Unfortunately, I cannot say the the same for some of the «professionals» I worked with before meeting Rosalie. Ethical business always wins at the end, because Rosalie has gained a client for life: I will never do any other real estate transaction without being represented by her.

I first met Rosalie shortly after moving to San Diego in 1996 when she was a ‘buyers agent’ and I was purchasing my first home. She was fantastic then and still is. I used her when selling that property and purchasing my current property. I would highly recommend Rosalie if you are interested in buying or selling as she takes a genuine interest in the need of her customers. I truly respect her as a real estate professional and, more importantly, as a true friend!

We have known Rosalie for many years and trust her knowledge and experience in San Diego with great confidence! We especially appreciate her attention to customer service and prompt response to our questions and needs. She works to educate her clients about the market and listens to our needs and concerns. Rosalie helped us in 1990 when the market was crazy and we were looking for a home. She patiently showed us several properties while explaining the pros and cons of the options we had. Very recently she has been advising us on options for the sale of my deceased parent’s home. There are lots of complicating factors and sentimental issues involved which requires lots of caring and sensitivity. Rosalie has been outstanding. She provides the information we requests and gives us our space to consider our options. She has never been pushy or insisting that we list with her. On the contrary, her kind and gentle approach reassures us that she only wants to serve our needs and help us make the right decision. We have greatly appreciated her patience and professionalism. Rosalie has helped me with home purchases and sales since I moved to San Diego in 1990. She represented my interests for 4 home purchases and two sales, the most recent being sale of my oceanfront condo in Solana Beach. She was knowledgeable in guiding me regarding pricing, staging the condo, and negotiations during the sale. She and her team worked very hard to show the home, going the extra mile to accommodate potential buyers’ schedules in order to show the unit.
Through it all, she was cheerful but realistic in advising me about next steps. Her knowledge of the market and buyer psychology helped close the deal at a very good price. Over the years, she has proven to be absolutely trustworthy and hardworking, a friend as well as a valued professional.
