Ron’s is a hit or miss. I have been using their services for many years and like any business there are good and not so good employees. I’ve worked with Rose, Rita and others who have been wonderful and I have also worked with John whom doesn’t seem to want to be bothered.
I might try Triad next time

The doctor called in a prescription to be filled. Their website says right on the front page,
«They deliver same day and even offer bubble packing which is SO HELPFUL when you have lots of meds to keep track of…»
Wrong!!! They called me and said that they will not deliver the medications and that we would have to drive from Carlsbad to San Diego to pick it up.
I called Crescent, a division of Walgreens, and my prescription will be here Saturday by 1 and I just spoke to them at 6 p.m. on Friday night. Now, that is service that is quick and meets my delivery needs.

I was looking for a pharmacy that carried a very specific medication that most don’t keep in stock. Not only were they still open at 5:30pm on a Friday night, they had the medication and they deliver!
I added them to my favorites for my next patient medication needs!

Ron’s Pharmacy was attentive and quick.
My brother suffers from seizures and they work with us to make sure his medications are always ready whenever the Doctor changes his dosage. They even check up on us every so often to make sure the service continues to run smoothly!
They are a family owned company that have really taken care of mine and I cannot recommend them enough.

Falsely attempted to bill my father for medications that THEY stated were not covered by hospice. When we contacted hospice they corrected the matter. However they also charge late fees, when this is not stated on their billings, and they carry over the prior purchase to hide the fee. Noted on their website they do not carry an endorcement from BBB
