My daughter and I went in and purchased a lovely children’s blouse and a bracelet for mother’s day. We always talk about how important it is to support the local small businesses. We have purchased many items in the past spending hundreds of dollars and never needed to return anything. When we checked out, the owner said all jewelry is final sale. I said no problem. I was glad to know this and decided not to purchase an additional bracelet. We took the blouse home and my daughter decided it wasn’t her style after all in a day or so. I said okay and we gathered up the tags, receipt, and we took it back to the store today for a refund or store credit. The owner said no returns without the tags on. My daughter and I were both standing there and I said she didn’t even wear it. She said well, «I don’t really know if she wore it or not.» She treated us like criminals! Like we would be hard up for a $ 36 blouse return? Oh please. Get a clue lady. Have you ever heard of repeat business or customer service? This is so sad. You have lost five buying customers from our family. And as you know five tell two and they tell two and so on. I would suggest taking a customer service class or get a job in retail with Nordstrom and learn their customer service techniques.

The owner of the shop and the workers here are absolutely the rudest people you will ever have to deal with it’s ridiculous that I come into a clothing shop and have to deal with rudeness from the owners. I went in and I saw two pair pants that I wanted I had to run over to Vons to go grocery shopping real fast it was no more than 15 minutes and I let her know that I would be back in 15 minutes… I came back after exactly 11 minutes and asked her about the pants that I had put on hold and she said «I put them back» she didn’t even bother to go get them or say anything else. I then said «i told you to put them on hold and that I was gonna be right back» and she said oh a lot of people do that I couldn’t trust you I mean really she couldn’t even put it on hold for 20 minutes only 11 minutes pass by and she had to put it right back so I had to go get the pants because she didn’t want to and when I purchase them she didn’t say thank you or please or anything and she was asking for my card and acting like it was killing her to talk to me. I do not recommend coming here the owner is quite frankly a bitch and she doesn’t deserve customers you can see by all the reviews from here that they’re terrible to a lot of people and I don’t see why any of us should be giving our business to a woman in a company such as this don’t shop at Rhonda’s closet find better shops!!! there are so many shops at the highlands that have the exact same stuff she does for half the price all she’s doing is selling overpriced crap with shitty service why go somewhere with rude people running it

This boutique store has so much unique jewelry! I love their turquoise pieces. They have a wide variety of clothing as well. Perfect for many occasions. Ronda and Suzanne are both super helpful and will help style you if you need some guidance when choosing an outfit. I would recommend checking this store out :).

Interesting that there is a camera above the dressing rooms. I definitely won’t be shopping there ever again!!! Isn’t that an infringement of privacy??? Overpriced clothing…

Their clothing & jewelries seem too overpriced & they do not look like quality made. A bit disappointed with customer service and lack thereof. =(

I have been using Unilocal for a long time and have never written a review but I want to say that the bad reviews on this store a crazy. I was a little nervous to go because of what I read (most of which is old) but I went anyway.
I walked in there yesterday and Ronda was a nice as can be. She styled me and while I was in there and I heard her helping another one find a dress for a holiday party while I was there. She is also big into meditation and charity and it shows when you have a conversation with her.
This was literally one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had because of how she took an interest in what I was buying and helped me find what was on sale, etc. This will definitely be my new favorite place to shop AND the music was so fun!
You get a really good vibe when you walk in so I would recommend going to see for yourself.
Edit: I went back again for an event she hosted for The Princess Project and she was really nice! You should give this place a try!

My wife loves this place. She has been shopping there for years and every time she goes I know she will be spending a lot of money, not because things are over priced but because she always finds some many things to buy! Ronda who is the owner is also very helpful. When my wife has a certain outfit she is planning on wearing Ronda always has the best advice on what jewelry to wear. I highly recommend this place.

My first visit here was this summer, and I have been back countless times already! They always have new tops every week, and so much unique jewelry to choose from. Every time I have been here the customer service is outstanding. They always dress me head to toe and help me put together the cutest outfits. If you need an outfit or a wardrobe change this is the place to go! I always get so many compliments when I wear the outfits I have bought from here :) I definitely recommend checking out this unique boutique!

Everything here is overpriced and poor quality. I’ve had necklaces break after one wear, tops that develop little holes in less than a month, the list goes on. But what really bothers me is Ronda’s attitude. She does not stand by the quality of her products, does not accept returns or even let you exchange.

I bought a purse for $ 80. After 2 weeks the silver balls that were attached to two draw strings fell off. It was part of the cute look of the purse. When I returned it, the owner said it was «wear and tear». After only 2 weeks!!! What good quality merchandise. She said she would send it to a shoemaker who would repair it. It has been over a month and I still don’t have the purse. Bought a new one, owner didn’t seem to care. She said one more week, that’s what she said two weeks ago. If business is all about customer service, this owner has it all wrong.

Small boutique in a strip mall. The past two times I’ve been in there, the sales person doesn’t seem too thrilled to have me. In fact, she seemed annoyed that there was a chance she’d have to walk out from behind the counter. At least get a 17yr old girl in there… we won’t expect her to go out of her way.
The clothes are reasonably priced and they have some good sale items (lots of large sizes). Most things have beads or are studded.
May be a good place to shop for jeans. Although I’d hate to get the sales woman all worked up by asking for a dressing room.
Return Policy does suck. 14 Days with receipt for Store Credit ONLY. Store Credit is also a slip of paper, so don’t lose it!

I have shopped here for years and i am always pleased with what i buy. Its great because while im shopping my daughters aren’t nagging at me because there is a section for them to shop in. The atmosphere of the store is very warm, it always smells fantastic, and Ronda is always a great help when i come in. There’s something for everyone and every occassion in the store and so i know ill always find something even if im in a hurry.

I bought a Australian Crystal ring here for $ 60… and two stones came out. I mean if it was like under $ 20– eh big deal you get what you pay for. The amount I paid at least the quality should be good, if you’re selling it in a so called high end store. I really like the damn ring too and now I can’t wear it! I’m sure their return policy is wack, and won’t do anything about it if I exchange or get a refund. Booo!
