I called Rochelle when I was desperate, my «ex» was acting up and I was afraid. She told me she’d call me next week.
I wish I wouldn’t have wasted a day exchanging emails with her before the big blow off as he managed to destroy the home that day.
Rochelle, if you can’t help someone, say so. Don’t string them along or maybe refer them to someone who can.

Rochelle made me feel like she actually cared about my personal injury case in which the at fault driver had no insurance or assets. But after I decided I would rather not accrue any more doctor bills (already up to $ 25,000) she decided that was not enough money to fight for and I am on my own again. And she never got back to my emails/​phone calls in a timely manner.
