Robert was thorough, informative, honest, knowledgeable and was always readily available for us when he helped us get a loan for our first home purchase in 2011, refi in 2013 and purchased of a rental property in 2014. He was our realtor and also our Mortgage broker. His expertise in the industry helped us satisfy the seller’s condition to close within 2 weeks time frame. He was able to get us a low interest rates than any of the big banks could offer us.
In comparison, when we refinanced my father’s property with a «big box» bank we had to deal with frustrations because the loan is being handled by multiple persons, departments and phone tree service.
