Established in 2015.

Sandy Lincoln had been professionally recording and mixing both live and studio audio with his portable setup for over five years. Being in a band himself, throughout this time he continued to meet many local bands who wanted to be recorded, but without the huge extra cost that record companies charge for the use of their studios. In response, Lincoln started Roaming Recording, which cuts out the cost of record studios by using portable equipment. The result is a recording and mixing service that can be done anywhere in San Diego County, providing recording and mixing that is professional yet affordable and convenient.
