Roadone Towing

OK here goes. I own a towing and repossession company so everyone hates us and we are used to it. We do not however disrespect our customers in any way and we absolutely never disrespect our peers.
My driver walks up to the window to pick up a vehicle. The crazy old man at the Escondido location flips the closed sign in his face, laughs and walks away. This is highly unacceptable and unprofessional. Roadone has to pick up stuff from us all the time, what goes around comes around…

Wish i could leave zero or negative stars. I cant believe how rude, unhelpful, and plain old assholes are here.
My car got impounded and the cop told me i could go get it that night. Make my way all the way here and they say no, there’s an after hours fee and a fee to get stuff out of the car (i needed my registration). I said hell no, i am getting my things without a fee, which they let me, and then tell me i cant get my car because my dad is on the registration. Fucking assholes .
The next day i have my dad stop by to sign off on the car and he does. So i show up at 450 (had to find a ride and leave work early) and they say no i cant pay for it or get it out because i dont have my license. My boyfriend was with me and they wont accept his CA identification card, buuut they can release the car to a random person off the street if they have a license. Wtf sense does that make!!!
The bald, rude guy is yellig and arguing at me because 9 months ago they released the same car to me when it was towed another time. Idiots. Absolutely dumb people who will do nothing but sit behind some gates and glass at a towing shop. If u can, i would NEVER use this place for anything at all.
WORST SHOP, WORST SERVICE, WORST EVERYTHING POSSIBLE.

I have Allstate (hate it) guy showed up in 20 min max. He was there to help and determined to get me where I was going. Very professional. Towed 5÷06÷13 out of Oceanside (Roosevelt Middle School) to Bob Baker in Carlsbad. Saved the day.

Had a minor accident that did about $ 300 in damage, while I was being treated by EMS they added in another $ 1500 in damage because their driver couldn’t be bothered to get a tow strap out or think for a second and not cause further damage. He just threw the winch line over the hood and yanked. So instead of a bumper having to be replaced it turned into a bumper, hood, grill and fender…
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Watch these tow trucks they drop items on cars and break windshields. They are no help and want to argue, Roberto wants to fight not get things right.

Helped tow my car at a wonderful price and saved me a lot of money. Thank you for having a honest company. $ 55 dollars for hook up and 5.50 per mile. Awesome!
Only paid $ 82 and your competition wanted to charge me $ 130.00.

So I had to get my car towed to the shop because I needed a new starter. Once the guy got here he hooked my car up and towed it to the shop. When the manager called me on my phone to tell me the diagnosis on my car he also told me that the axle boots on the front of my car were broken just recently. He said that it was most likely when they hooked my car up.
So by now I’m really irritated because the cost of the repair went up by 400 dollars. I immediately called the towing company and the people on the line transferred me to three other people till finally someone took down my information and said someone would call me in an hr.
I went back to the shop to see the damage and let’s just say I was more then mad at this point. Using cuss words and saying I was gonna go kick someone was the nicest way to describe what I was doing.
So when the guy finally got there he tried to scam me into taking my car to his shop to get it fixed and he’d even tow my car there (idk what he was thinking at this point. I already got my car towed by them I didn’t need anything else to break). So he said he’d cover the costs of the repair. Which meant two new axles.
By the time we came back to the shop we paid for our part but the guy that came with a check for his part ended up having a bounced check.
What a pain this company is! Unreliable and ends up breaking your car. Never use these guys to tow your vehicle. You’ll regret it!

Was referred to them from my motor club. The guy who towed my vehicle was great. Course, he was towing my vehicle because a previous rep blew out the fuses in my car when he crossed wires when attempting to jump my car. Company refuses to pay for damages. Complaints fall on deaf ears.

I absolutely, totally agree. They got me for a second time. This time it cost me $ 334. I’m now considering moving out of the city.

So… here it is my only day off, hotter than a person from NorCal can handle and… car dead at Albertson’s attempted jump start, no go! Seeing $$$ dollar signs$$. admitted defeat called Geico since i supposedly have emergency roadside service, they immediatly dispatched Superman i mean Super Shawn from Road One he was proficient, skilled and gentle with my pt cruiser and i was so happy it was ramped not actually pulled to my residence and when we couldn’t get his large equiptment back in to my parking spot at my apt complex he manhandled i mean pushed my car in there! You rock shawn and thanx for making a sucked moment better! give this guy a raise will ya?!? Rhonda Hart
