Customer service above and beyond ! When I stopped to buy something, there was some problem with my debit card not working, so I used another one and got charged twice, once on each card.
They had been having a problem with chip cards that you insert rather than swipe.
When I came back to ask about it, and get a refund, I figured it would be tough making my case. Freaking out imagining some stern and unyielding response and having to make my case. Because who keeps their receipts from a liquor store? I file mine on the floor of my car, lost forever.
It didn’t matter though. Problem solved immediately.
The man who was working was genuinely apologetic, explained their situation with chip cards (fixed now) and refunded my overcharge on the spot, no questions asked ! Plus a nice hug and a smile and more apologies.
This wonderful care of their customers is just as wonderful as their diverse selection of spirits, their well-​kept store and a convenient location. Pretty rare for someone to make it so simple and helpful.
I will always go back.

I like this place. Right down the street from my apartment they are always more than friendly and remember your face when you come in. They could switch up the selection more but, its convenient and works when I’m on my way home and wanna grab a 6 pack.

Bought a 22 of IPA here, then drank it. Can’t ask for much more than that. Staff was really nice to me for whatever reason.

These guys are Awesome !!! Nicest owner operators in town. Huge Selection and if they don’t have it in stock, they will get it for you. And the prices are great too.

Most humble and sweet workers here at Riviera! I have never seen a nicer liquor store, especially since they remodeled! The store looks brand new and amazingly clean! They have a wide variety of anything and everyhing. If you’re ever looking for something, the owners will help with anything. Not to mention, they have the best deals! Great place!

Love coming here! Lots of selections and the people behind the counter are always nice and in a good mood!

So after 9 pm when Baron’s Market and Grocery Outlet are closed this becomes the best bet in the neighborhood to find some drinks to get your buzz on unless you don’t mind 7-Eleven’s limited selection. Guys working here are friendly. Other than that it is your typical neighborhood liquor store.

Living down the street from this place always makes life interesting. They actually have a pretty good liquor selection… little on the pricey side for me since CVS next door is usually having sales on all alcohol… but they are easy in-​n-​out. The best thing about this place is that you can go in and grab a water, candy bar, coke, and bag of chips 10 days in a row… and pay 10 different prices… all rounded to the nearest quarter… and usually not rung up. Never had a problem here and the guys that run the place are cool and friendly.

I wear a push up bra here to and never get anything free .Im kinda jealous of Angie. eheheheh Joke. I like this place. Super friendly people. The guys always say hi to my son. I like that alot when people are nice to my son or other kids. They have a good selection they have all different sizes of bottles. I like vodka they have cute little mini bottles of high end vodka then small and large bottles. I like the variation. They also have alot of snacks and alcohol. Always very nice in here and friendly. I really do not drink much but if I do need any alcohol I come here.

Pretty decent for a liquor store. Sometimes liquor stores can be a real rip off. This one is not bad with the prices at all. Sometimes they even have some pretty good deals. I got a 12 pack of red hook pale ale for about $ 12. Also bought a weird milky looking liqueur that came in a sperm shaped container. The sperm has a smiley face. Haha.

eh, its ok, i go here to get that arizona green tea sometimes, the american spirits are overpriced like almost everywhere else in OB. I think they sell liquor up in there as well, but i only grab that green tea. Heads in there are pretty friendly even though sometimes i catch a cold ice-​grill from em!

Friendly neighborhood liquor store. They have EVERYTHING here! TONS of alcohol, beer, wine, glasses, and other beverage-​related stuff. Love the guys working here.

Wow! I must be wearing the wrong push-​up bra cause I go in here all the time and never score anything FREE like Angie! It’s also a little bit ironic that I review so many LIQUOR STORES, because I hardly drink-​booze is too much a bloater for me to over-​imbide!
But this Liquor Store has been around here for ages. It has a loyal clientele of peeps who live in chi-​chi Loma Rivieria condo’s right beyond it’s driveway. A steady parade drives up on football Sunday’s and comes out tooting 12 packs of various beers. In fact-​the best thing I can say about this place is it has such an excellent variety of both beer and liquor! It sells lots of those tiny bottles of booze that you find in the mini-frig’s in hotel rooms-that’s why Riviera is such a HIT with all the homeless that doze off in the bushes across the street.
And there are lots of homeless that call this place heaven since individual cans of beer are sold-​unlike the Long’s Drugs and now CVS down the road! Plenty of snack foods, miscellaneous stuff like charcoal lighter and magazines also available. Open on just about all holidays & THEY CASH CHECKS! If they know you! All the homies from my apartment complex go down to pass one until the welfare check arrives! Yeah-​this purveyor of «spirits» does it all!

I love this place. The guys that work here are the bomb. They all recognize me and always hook me up w/​something free! I LOVE U GUYS!
