Rig Source Recruiting primarily focuses on field level to mid –level to executive level recruitment. Some of the many industries we our currently active in, involve Advertising & Marketing, Oil/​Gas, Energy, Construction, Finance, Human Resources, Manufacturing, Logistics & Transportation, Consulting, Information & Communication Technology, Shared Services, Etc — most requiring specific experience in our client specific industry.

Our clients include major global companies to small business owners. We get the majority of our candidates through referrals from clients and individuals we have represented over the years. Many of our candidates are NOT listed on the typical job boards, and are currently employed. We believe in true recruiting — not simply pulling resumes from an online source.

Although we do use such sources as The Ladders, Monster, Indeed, Rig Zone, and LinkedIn to identify potential candidates — We feel it is critical to meet each potential candidate in-​person for Midland, Houston, San Diego, San Francisco positions, and via SKYPE or similar, for positions in other states and countries.
