‘rhyflexion’ came to life to celebrate spirit of performing. Its tenor comes to reflect as staging varied visual arts. This is inclusive of but not limited to dance, musicals, theater, music, short films, movies with a variety of outlets including TV, online, stage shows, festivals, and more!

Drawing and deriving from diverse disciplines and dance forms like soul-​stirring contorts of contemporary, impassioned and gyrating moves of latin, classy and sleek steps of western, zesty and stylish fervor of hip-​hop, ever-​charming and mesmerizing sways of belly-​dancing, the picturesque and rich delights of Indian folk and semi-​classical, flamboyant and fanciful flux of Bollywood. Pioneering the pronounced style as Bollywood-​characterized performances, presented with style, spunk and soul.

Being eastern in essence is just an occurrence but to be global in expression is always the outlook at rhyflexion; be art-​bound, defy boundaries. Creating fusions in acts with spice of the east and slice of the west, and intermix the multifarious modes, cultural beauties of world, and different flavors of performing arts as many as we can implement. The ideas are designed and composed to sculpt a Kaleidoscope of vibrant visuals, where presentations echo imaginations, taking the center spot on stage or lens, with cadence of lights, costume, colors, music, dance, drama and present a mélange of perspective, passion and performance; keeping the impulse and pulse high on entertainment!

History

Established in 2014.

The quest and journey of rhyflexion started in 2006 and established at the start of 2014, with aspiring artists, dancers and performers, from different professional, individual and cultural backgrounds came collective, wanting to entertain the urge of self-​expression; the urge which while working in non-​artistic milieus stays abound yet quiescent, dwells but not thrive; remains as dormant potential and mere dreamful hearts, also at times in sphere of certain conventional and attitudinal misapprehensions. Usually ideas of expressing and performing are expert residents of imaginations, rhyflexion took it’s archetype to romanticize that fancy and create an avenue to channelize the passion into actuality; a dream-​portal dreamed and deemed by its founders Ajay, Meghna, Kalpesh, Lekha, to develop a reason to live the dreams and help others to help themselves discover it. The rhythmus within needs a mirror to see and show itself!
