We Licensee Education on Alcohol and Drugs (L.E.A.D), Responsible Beverage Service (R.B.S), Training for Intervention Procedures (T.I.P) train and certify ALL Hospitality and Food and Beverage staff throughout the State of California for the Alcohol Beverage Control.

With the rise of alcohol related accidents and deaths on U.S. roads and the sheer number of people mishandling alcohol every day, I decided to develop an education course to train, educate and certify EVERY California liquor license employees of the responsibility, rights and liabilities of the establishment and the server when serving alcohol to the general public. Our training curriculum was approved by ABC (Alcohol Beverage Control) in 2013.
