Repair Haus

I purchased a hacked kindle fire stick through them online. It has been 2 weeks and they have not shipped. They told me they would be sending it last week, and did not. They have stopped returning my emails. I am filing a fraud charge with google wallet to get my money back.

CLOSED — This business is closed. It’s storefront is no longer active, phone number is disconnected, and they have not returned ANY of my eMails. I had my 5s screen replaced in June 2014. Now the screen is lifting up and causing a distorted-​line effect on my phone. Obviously I wanted to follow up with the people who worked on my device last, but they are now obsolete. They could have at least left an active number or recommend a place for help.

I was visiting the San Diego area when my little one decided to step on my iPad (which I left on the ground) and shattered the screen. I took it to an apple store just to find out the steep price that I would have to pay for my mistake. I love apple products, but with a combination of the significant decline in customer service and not wanting to give them any more of my money, I decided to take a leap of faith and try an alternative. I could not be any happier that I did.
I was able to find this place through Unilocal.I have to admit that I was a bit concerned with the negative reviews the place has received. I decided to give them a ring, and a person by the name of Justin (who I believe is the owner) answered the phone. I explained my predicament to him and voiced my concerns regarding the bad reviews. He said to come down and that he would take care of me. He mentioned the company has a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee policy. Even though it was hard for me to take my iPad to a place other than apple, I decided to trust him.
When I showed up, Justin greeted me and introduced himself, and I did the same. Then, without missing a beat, he recalled the conversation we had over the phone. He took my iPad and started working on it in front of me. I mentioned to him that my family and I were visiting the area for the first time, and he gave me some great recommendation of things to do. I had my little one with me who was acting his age and started messing with the cases on the wall. Justin told me not to worry about it and offered my little terror a sucker. I think that it took him about 20 minutes to fix my iPad, and when I handed him my USAA card, he asked me if I was in the military (which I am) and gave me a 20% off discount!!! I was happy, and my iPad seemed to be working fine.
Later, when I got back to my hotel, I noticed that the screen seemed to be malfunctioning, which made me really concerned. I called him, and he asked to bring the iPad in again. He took a look at it and reinstalled a different screen on it without any hassle. Now, it is working great.
Just before our vacation was over, my wife decided to drop her phone on one of the many inclines at the San Diego Zoo. She does not have a case on it (yeah, she is that person), and naturally, the screen shattered. We had already turned in our rental car, and we were going to leave SD the following morning. So, I called him yet again, and he agreed to come to me to fix her phone. He even waived the $ 10 fee for being a returning customer.
I was truly impressed with the dedication and professionalism from Justin. When he met me to fix my wife’s phone, it was well after his business hours. I am giving this place 5 stars. The way Justin represented the store was so impressive that it compelled me to write a review. This place is easy to recommend, top notch. I wish I had a place like this back home.

New place just opened up up the street of where i live. came to see if i could get my iPad repair. The Tech at this place had my iPad finished within 1 hour, iPad is good as new now

I am a computer owner but not a computer expert. I thought that my cracked screen would be the end of my computer… I panicked since I work on my computer on a daily basis ! I am not the type of person that uses a computer just to network. I run my own business and my computer is my everything.
I desperately looked online for computer repair and I found this spot. I stalked their Unilocal reviews and decided to check this place out. I can say, Repair Haus saved my life. I am extremely satisfied with their work and customer service. Most places I feel like they look at you and judge you for your damages. My computer is like my purse. It’s all over the place.
Anyway, knowing how clumsy I am… I will be back soon to fix my iPhone one of these days…

Cracked iPhone 4 on the back. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Phone is good a new. Great fast service!

Brought my Ipad in after I attempted to fix my cracked screen by myself. I dropped it off at 630 thinking that I would have to come back the next day to pick it up but Justin fixed it right on the spot.
Great service and worth the $ 50. I almost broke the while thing trying myself, take it to the professional.

When my Iphone, Ipad, Macbook pro get sick I bring them to The Repair Haus in San Diego. I have been there multiple times and I intend to go again. Currently I have had multiple iphone screens repaired, Macbrook pro screens, upgraded my macbook pros rams and hardware and repaired my iphone hardware .
I would recommend the Reapir house services to anyone who would like to avoid the high prices and unreliable work of other businesses in the same field.

My girlfriend and I have had the worst iPhone and iPad luck the past six months since we moved to San Diego! Luckily we met Justin at his solano beach location and we’ve had him troubleshoot several I-​issues on iPhone 4s, iPad, and iphone 5. He’s honest, smart, efficient, and fair priced. He’s also a cool guy.
I’ve had an iPhone since the 3G was first released 6 – 7 years ago and I can’t live without it. I’ve also had a slew of wacky repair men in those years. Justin and his team are the only ones who can solve an issue on my device, without causing another one in the process. Solid, solid repair work for apple products.

I came here on Sunday to get my iPad fixed after shopping around at a few other shops. It didn’t seem like the techs at the other places knew what they were doing. I work in the tech industry and I asked to see the replacement parts at this shop down the street. Repair Haus San Diego definitely had OEM parts and their repair technicians have iOS Apple certification which none of the other places had. They did a great job on my iPad especially on the corners.
