A little bit about me
I have been on my own personal growth journey for the last 5 years. I know what it takes to make dramatic changes in your life. The biggest change I have made is going from being an engineer to becoming a full time coach. This transition took courage, determination, and great degree of self awareness to find the right path for me. I find fulfillment in partnering with my clients and being with them on their own journey. I can help you face your own personal challenges, make changes that are true to who you are and allow the most beautiful parts of your soul flourish and find new life.
How does this work?
I use a set of competencies that part of the International Coach Federation’s (ICF) «Core Competencies». These skills are internationally recognized as the most effective tools to help people find real growth for themselves. Inquiry is one of the major tools that we use. This is where we work together to explore deep questions about who you are as a unique individual. We explore the possibilities together and find what best suits you on your own personal growth journey. I am there every step of the way to help facilitate your leaning and results.
Meet the Business Owner
John M.
Business Owner
As founder of Remember Your Light Coaching, John has a dynamic coaching style drawing upon his diverse range of personal development and life experiences. He has completed the core curriculum at The Coaches Training Institute, an accredited International Coaching Federation program, and is in the process of obtaining his CPCC certification. He has over 900 hours of personal development work through Landmark Worldwide with courses in communication, relationships and leadership, including practical «on the court» coaching and leadership experience. He is a certified Happiness Coach with Robert Holden and is inspired by Martha Beck’s fun and insightful writing. Prior to pursuing his dream of being a life coach, John worked as a structural engineer for 5 years. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University.
