One of the best customer service experiences I have had. I am in town from the east coast for work and was walking around and stopped in to see what was new since I had some free time. I was greeted and asked the normal questions and had a few inquiries of my own but they went above and beyond. Jesse helped me realize new things about sizing I didn’t know. Josh showed me how to order online and Mark had to of pulled at least 10 pairs of shoes before we found the right ones. Not only that, he wanted to make sure they fit me, so he suggested I do some lunges etc. I think the best part for me, they all discussed CrossFit. It it a really enjoyable experience to shop at a store and buy things specific to a sport from people who understand what I am buying them for and from people who enjoy their job. THANKYOUSANDIEGO! but at the same time I would expect no less from CrossFit peeps! It’s in the DNA!

I have been into this store twice in the past few months to purchase some CrossFit Nanos and other apparel. I am always greeted warmly and by knowledgeable staff. I was helped by Tony for the shoes and he did a great job explaining which would work best for me and gave me ample time to make my decision. Last time I was helped by Josh who was also extremely friendly and accommodating. The thing that made them stand out is that both times I’ve brought my very energetic toddler with me and both Josh and Tony literally helped me with my son so I could shop. They made sure that they moved the Kettlebells out of reach and that he was safe with all the equipment around. My son is very used to being around the equipment, but he certainly still needs constant supervision. As a mom I was so grateful to have the opportunity to really look around while the three of us managed my son. I will be shopping there going forward and hope I get the same great staff!

I don’t write many reviews and never for stores, but I had such a great experience that I had to make an exception so here goes… Yesterday my boyfriend wanted to go shoe shopping and while I didn’t nessecarily need any shoes, I work out a lot and knew it wouldn’t hurt to add to my athletic wear if I found some that were really great. He knew he wanted some lifting shoes so we were going to go to the reebok store that had just opened near our apartment. For starters, we decided to use the trip as an opportunity to walk the dog as well. Most places downtown are pretty good about letting people bring dogs in but you never know. This store was not only ok with it, but all of the staff was very friendly with the dog which is always appreciated. My boyfriend went off to look for his shoes and then I stared at the daunting wall of women’s athletic footwear and had a lot of questions immediately. An employee came over and gave me really good information on all the shoes I asked about and brought over the ones I wanted to try on. He then said he had to go but made sure another associate could help me before he left. She was also helpful and gave me more information about the shoes I was trying on. The original associate ended up staying around until after my boyfriend and I were done in the store. After I’d picked out my shoes(yes, more than one…), I went to check in on my boyfriend and the guy helping him was equally helpful. Since all together we were getting three pairs of shoes, they gave us a discount so it wouldn’t hurt the wallet so badly. They also told us about their burpee challenge which my boyfriend participated in. We even got the puppy to do one which was just amazing. This store is great because we didn’t just find great shoes that we are loving, but we had a really fun time shopping as well. There are also weights hanging around the store so you can try on some Nanos and really feel the support you get while lifting. It’s a really great shopping experience all around and especially if you love fitness.
