Three years ago I had a breast augmentation done by Dr Reavie. My consult was amazing. He has a way of not making you feel like there is something wrong with you, but takes an approach of «enhancing what is already beautiful about you». I had 2 other consults elsewhere before being referred to Dr Reavie by a physician I worked with. The first one had me leaving in tears because of the way he spoke of my imperfections and my quote was over 9 thousand dollars. The second consult I had with a surgeon in Orange County who was GOD AWFUL made me consider avoiding the surgery I have longed for since I was a teen. I cannot go into details or it will infuriate me, but I left that office telling everyone in the waiting room that I hope they choose a different surgeon for the sake of their lives. I did. Really. I did.
Meeting Dr Reavie felt natural, fluid and I left feeling so happy and excited! He saves his patients money by using his accredited surgical room at his office, offers fair pricing and makes you feel nothing less than beautiful before and after surgery. My surgery cost me 6800 which I paid cash for, with a deposit at time of booking the surgery. My body was difficult to work with but I knew what I wanted and knew how big I wanted to go. Dr Reavie did the best he could do and I still am complimented on how natural my breasts look by friends… and friends of friends who comment on them are SHOCKED to be told they are implants. Dr Reavie did exactly as I asked and satisfied me to the core. He changed my life.
Word of advice for ANY cosmetic surgery:
Allow time to heal and time for your body to accept your new features and get settled in. It is NATURAL to be slightly disappointed right after surgery because naturally, we think of cosmetic surgery as a «quick fix». I was a tad disappointed at the first post op and second post op, but I was honest when sharing my feelings with Dr Reavie. He was 100% right when he told me to give it more time. My mind changed positively (physically, emotionally and mentally) after time had passed and my breasts settled with my body. They changed in shape and set on my body differently, appearing larger than right after surgery. If you are still not satifsfied after 9 months– 1 year post op, you should look into why this is.
I highly recomment this sweet man and professional physician and someday, I will booking a tummy tuck when I save some more money if he is still practicing. Thank you Dr Reavie for all that you are and all that you do! Xo

I went to Dr. Reavie about a month ago, hoping to schedule a lower blepharoplasty. Upon meeting him, he informed me that I was not a candidate, as I did not meet the criteria. His suggestion was Belotero injections in my tear troughs. I went ahead and scheduled the procedure, very excited at the prospect of having a smooth under-​eye area, with no more circles. So the day of the procedure arrives, and I’m still feeling very excited and hopeful. The entire appointment took about 90 minutes, as he did extensive oral nerve blocking prior to the filler, which left my face completely numb for the remainder of the day. Once the Belotero was injected and he manipulated it into place, I was dutifully excused with no written instruction, and very little verbally… other than to suggest «gentle massage» and ice for the first 24 hours. I had no idea what I was in for over the next ten days, as I was not informed, in the least. After following his instruction, massaging and «pressing» on lumps that formed, I woke up the next morning to swollen bags under my eyes. I went back to him that very day, and was dismissed, being told it was «normal». I settled in and continued to do as he instructed for the next several days, only to have the bags exacerbated by this manipulation. After several calls and emails/​photos back-​and-​forth, I definitely got the impression I was not being taken seriously by Dr. Reavie, or his staff. In fact, in one email in particular, he condescended to tell me he was sorry for the «anxiety» these injections were causing me. Really? Imagine that. Anxiety over spending an upward of $ 600 to make my face look FAR worse than it did, prior to coming to him?!? I knew without a doubt this was not just «normal» swelling. He kept insisting that based on the way my eyes looked immediately after injection, that that’s how my final result would be. But on day ten, after having consulted with several different PS’s on
, and being told that massage was NOT advisable (as the filler could be easily displaced), I decided to see another PS in La Jolla, for a second opinion. Upon exam, I was advised I had been overfilled, and we agreed hylaronidase to dissolve would be the best course of action. Cut to two hours later, after I that crap had been dissolved and my face looked COMPLETELY normal again… thank God! There was no residual swelling or bruising, which just proves that what was happening with my face was not «normal». Color me DONE with PS procedures. I was *literally* PRAYING to God on that tenth day that my «circles» would just COME BACK… and that I would look like ME again, which as you can see from my before and after photos, I DO. My advice to you? Do a LOT of research prior to trusting ANYONE who wants to inject fillers into your face. What a waste of money! I am sick with myself that I trusted him and had faith that the service he was selling me was legit, but thank GOD it was reversible (at a cost). Lesson learned.

I had a Juvederm treatment by Dr Reavie recently. In the past I had spent far more than he charged for an unsatisfactory outcome. I am so pleased with my result that I look in mirror way too often to see that it is still true. He was kind and patient with me… It really does pay to have a physician with vast experience do the procedure!

I can’t say enough about Dr. Reavie! I had a brow lift, face lift, and neck lift. I so happy with his work is it true artist. He is kind compassionate and doesn’t try to push anything on you in your initial visit. I am almost 7 weeks in and I am thrilled with my new face. The office staff is so kind and helpful and if there’s any problems they call you right back. I found doctor Reavie’s bedside manner to be wonderful! I highly recommend him to to you. His work looks very natural!

18 years ago Dr. Reavis did a procedure for me. He spent over an hour in the initial consultation and answered every single question concisely and accurately.
The results of the procedure are still 100% of what they were post op.
The facility is a private surgery center and provides a discreet and calm environment.
His wife is the nurse anesthetist and she is very intelligent and able to answer all questions and address concerns as well.
The incisions are imperceptible unless you are another plastic surgeon I presume.
They provide me with free follow up and have been an invaluable resource of information. There is absolutely nothing on the downside to say.

Dr Reavie and staff gave me everything I wanted and more from a professional Cosmetic Surgeon experience. I am very satisfied and he will be my cosmetic surgeon for life.

I decided I wanted Breast augmentation and went on several consultations before I chose Dr. Reavie. Not only was he referred to me, but I was really impressed with how he explained all my options fully and really didn’t seem to try to persuade me one way or the other (as I did experience with other Drs). My surgery turned out great! They were exactly what I expected. I immediately got pregnant and unfortunately developed a capsule contracture after I gave birth. Dr Reavie was amazing when I went back to him and explained my options. I was really impressed and excited with how he handled it. He «fixed» my problem and again, I am thrilled with the results!

I went to Dr. Reavie a few years ago and LOVED his work and referred him to many of my friends but since then I have had some complications which sent me back to him and I regret ever telling anyone about him, I left that office in tears due to his lack of compassion or moral conscience… all I can say to those who love his work, my wish for you is that you don’t have to ever go back to have anything redone, first time around is wonderful but redo’s are lacking severely!!!

I would highly recommend Dr. Reavie for any type of cosmetic surgery. From beginning till end was helpful in answering all of my questions (and there were many) But the quality of his work is why I will refer him to friends and family.
