Specialties
Randall Hicks is an attorney who limits his practice to adoption, assisting in both newborn adoption (independent and agency) and stepparent adoption. He handles most adoptions on a flat fee, so his clients know the exact legal fees before they start. For more information specifically on stepparent adoptions, please visit StepparentAdoptionCenter.com, Randy’s website for that part of his law practice.
Because Randy only handles adoption cases, he practices over a wider geographical area and maintains offices in Riverside, San Diego and Orange Counties. For uncontested cases stepparent adoptions, because they are usually simpler than independent or agency adoptions, he can often provide a detailed initial consultation by phone or Skype. This eliminates the need for both parents to travel to his office, who can instead have their consultation more conveniently from home, or conference call, while one or both parents are at work.
