This license regulates the procedures and practices of the company and subjects us to stringent requirements designed to protect consumers. At Quality Escrow we understand the importance of protecting the consumers’ interests.

In order to ensure fair representation of all parties, our escrow officers remain impartial at all times. When it comes to choosing an escrow service, the consumer has the right to choose the escrow holder. However, the principals involved with the transaction must agree on which escrow service to utilize. We are the best neutral third party and you can rest assured that you have made the right choice in using Quality Escrow or referring us to your clients.

Meet the Manager

Kim W.

Manager

Kim Wilson has been actively involved in escrow for over 25 years. Her time spent in the industry has allowed her gain extensive knowledge and experience in all types of escrow transactions including residential and commercial escrows, exchanges, short sale/​REO, manufactured home, business sales and refinance escrows.

From 1998 until 2008, Mrs. Wilson acted as director of several different escrow companies and would oversee daily operations. In May 2008, Mrs. Wilson joined Quality Escrow, Inc. as Director and oversees closing services in the state of California, Arizona, Nevada, and Oregon.



Mrs. Wilson has demonstrated strong leadership skills encouraging employees to grow in all aspects of their career to build and retain a strong, increasing client base. She uses her extensive knowledge and experience in escrow to ensure quick and efficient escrow services to always meet client needs.
