A five star rating should be rare but too many are given this rating when it’s not deserved. Four stars should be for very good work, expectations met and everyone walks away satisfied. Five stars should be for when expectations are exceeded.
Gustavo has exceeded expectations many times. He is honest and he treats you fairly. The biggest complaint I see in auto repair is how they take advantage of women because cars usually are not their thing.
I send my sister to Promex because I don’t have to worry about her being mistreated. He looks out for you and your money and only suggests what you need to get done.
