Bill Metz, the owner of Primary Design, is an amazing architect! When we were ready to design our dream home we called a highly respected builder who has been building gorgeous homes along the San Diego coast for decades and we asked him who he would recommend for our architectural design needs. Without a moment of hesitation, he said Bill Metz. Soon after, we hired Bill to design our new house in the Crown Point area of Pacific Beach. Every minute of the design process was a pleasure. Bill is incredibly talented and knowledgeable about the seemingly endless codes and dealing with the city to get plans through plan check. We honestly could not be happier with our choice to hire Bill. We love our house and have gotten compliment after compliment from neighbors and friends on the architectural details on the exterior of our house as well as on how well it «flows» on the interior. Bill was our advocate every step of the way. He always made himself available to us by phone and in person throughout the construction phase of our project.
