I will be going to my third visit to Tawny for a Brazilian blowout, which lasts for 3 months. The chemical solution she uses does not smell harsh at all, in fact, it has a gentle, nice scent. I remember when I got my hair done for the Brazilian blowout for the first time, I was worried that I couldn’t handle the smell of harsh chemicals, but that was not the case for what she uses.
The best part is that Tawny’s price for a Brazilian Blowout is more affordable than other salon places (I made sure to do my research).

The best part was when I asked for a glass of wine (I am a firm believer in drinking wine while getting your hair done) and she went out and bought some while Amy got my hair started. Excellent customer service!

Ladies! I just got the Japanese Yuko system hair straightening done by Tawny and am super happy with my results! People may not know but she is the San Diego training specialist for this technique. She also does the Brazilian blowout/​Brazilian hair straightening and has used these systems on 1000+ clients from the OC to San Diego! It took me a long time todecide to do this (many years) and I wanted to make sure I got it done by a specialist. I took before and after pics and posted them above (brown/​black hair). In addition, her price is very reasonable compared to other places. I highly recommend her!

In all honesty, Tawny has changed my life. I met her last year, when I was interested in getting a Brazilian, but was a bit hesitant. I wanted to find someone I really trusted. It was a big commitment and I wasn’t sure I was ready. I met with Tawny and she quickly turned my concerns into pure excitement. She was very knowledgeable of the process and was able to answer all of my questions. It was the one of the best things I have ever done for myself. I have never loved my hair more that I do now. After having a baby couldn’t find the time of the energy to blow dry and straighten my hair. I found myself putting my hair in a bun and ponytail everyday, which I found depressing.
