My first time there. Connie the lady that works there is so friendly and efficient. I will definitely go back.

Came to do a passport photo service and left with shipping and passport renewal knowledge. She is so great here and really cares about people and the rates are too good to go else where. Hope you all make this your new postal home as I have.

Postal Etc [owned and operated by Connie Ngo] provides excellent mailing & shipping, notary and special printing services [e.g, business cards] plus stationery and related office supplies. Connie helps other micro-​business owners like yours truly with customized solutions at affordable prices. Convenient location plus easy to get in-​and-​out in a timely manner.

The lay who works here is not very professional. Ask to take a passport ID photo and did a pretty crappy job and try to convince you the picture is better quality because it’s a Polaroid picture.: epic fail

I had the weirdest posting experience at this shop. I had two packages to mail via Fedex. The manager entered the weight, dimension and receiver’s address information to their «software» and printed the mailing label. Then she started saying that the software was giving wrong prices, and that she had to manually correct them, meaning adding almost 50% to the labeled prices! The most interesting part of her argument was that the software was giving correct prices for overnight and one day shipping, but wrong prices for two day and three day shipping because they were considerably less expensive! I think any one would find it logical that overnight shipping should be much more expensive than 3day shipping, apparently except for the owner of this shop. I ended up paying the ridiculous prices because I was in a rush and she had already wasted several minutes of my time chatting with the previous customer. I am going to contact Fedex about this because I believe they should not list such phoney place as their authorized ship center.

The passport photos are not good meaning they don’t tell you if you are looking straight at the camera or not, if you want to have more than 2 photos they won’t be the same since for each two photo they take a new shot. However, they say very good things about the quality of their photos which is worth less if they don’t know how to take one! Also they won’t show you your picture prior to printing.
Finally, the woman who was working there was disrespectful. And in general I would not suggest this place to anyone at least not for passport pictures.

I always use this facility for my mailing and notary services. Connie Ngo is the manager. Not sure if she is also the franchise owner, but she is always on duty every time I go into the facility. She is always very helpful. On one visit I needed to have some legal documents notarized and mailed back in a return envelope provided by the servicing law firm. The documents would not fit in the envelope. Ms. Ngo said, «Don’t worry about it. I will find an envelope and make sure it is sent off in the next batch of mail.» She did not even charge me anything extra. That’s one reason I keep going back to Postal Etc. USA at 9011 Mira Mesa Blvd. Hours are M-​F 9 – 6 and Sat 10 – 3, phone number 858−530−3005.

Always go to Connie for postal needs. So much quicker than the post office. She’s always happy to see you and makes you feel welcome and not just a customer

I actually look forward to coming in here. Connie is friendly and proficient. Gives you that warm fuzzy community feeling. We need more of that around here.

Postal Etc. is a great one stop shop for shipping, packing supplies, notary, passports and a lot more… a whole lot more. Connie is super friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable about all her products and services. This is a great neighborhood business (I come from La Jolla) so shop local and show your support. Always a great experience.

Just to get this out of the way: I haven’t done any shipping related work here.
With that being said, I came here to get my passport photo taken. I came in and out with it maybe taking 8 minutes tops. The photos were excellent and I was able to take them across the street to the Post Office with no hassle. The lady that worked there (she was the only one at the time) was very clear and easy to work with. I really recommend this place for all passport work since she has a lot of experience doing it! Very pleased!

I go here for all of my postal needs to include notary service. Connie is always very nice and helpful. A little more expensive than the post office but worth the convience!!!
