So I used to have great experiences here and spent a lot of money with them! Until recently… my boyfriend and I went in to buy our meds like usual and encountered one of the most rude, unprofessional, and just downright nasty «managers» there. And after spending over $ 500 with them, the wench had the audacity to blacklist me from coming back. I wasn’t rude or nasty to her. She just didn’t like the fact that I was right and she was WRONG. Customers and even my budtender agreed she was out of line! And to think I wanted to give them another chance. Well thank you for blacklisting a long time customer. I have no problem spending my hard earned money elsewhere!

For the second time in 2 weeks I went to the collective to find a menu item on the website was nowhere to be found when I arrived. White Widow concentrate, the highest THC level they offer at the reasonable price of $ 25 per .5 G. So that’s my first issue, a clear case of bait and switch, as they have no other half G’s for $ 25. So they gave me a lower potency .5 g of Blue Dream… lower potency for $ 25. Initially they told me it would be $ 30. So I get this home and weigh it on 2 different scales and it weighs .4 UNDERWEIGHT by 20%. The concentrate was also slopped up on the side of the container and into the threads and on the outside of the container. I made comment on the website with my concerns but PLPCC seems to only post 5 star reviews on its website as my comment «is under review»

The team is knowledgeable, friendly, personable, yet stays professional. I know, I sometimes forget I grabbed something and my medical rep is always there to nicely remind me that everything gets bagged by saying «oh, here let me bag that for you so nothing gets lost.» I’m a career Financial Analyst and somehow the medicine dispensary team is always calm, patient, and understanding when I’m trying to figure out what is best for me and my medicinal requirements. Thanks Point Loma Co-​op for making life easier to get through. I am now 0 free!!! of my doctor!!! prescribed!!! pain pills!!!
