This dental visit has been by far the most enjoyable experience I’ve ever had, especially considering that I was there for a root canal. Dr. John is the best, I felt so comfortable during my root canal that I actually found myself falling asleep during the procedure cause I was so at ease, which is not normal for me. If you ever find yourself in a predicament and need a root canal and maybe a nap, than you can kill two birds with one stone and go here! His staff is also amazing and super friendly. I highly recommend this place.

I had a root canal done by Dr. John and I’m very pleased with his work, his service ethic and that of his staff. I called a few days before Easter Sunday and he was away at a conference. I spoke to Rosie and made the appointment for the following Monday. I was pleasantly surprised when Dr. John called me back just a few hours later. I was just expecting to go in for my appointment on Monday. He told me he would not be back until Sunday, Easter, but said he would be happy to have me come in on Easter if I was experiencing pain. I told him I would load up on ibuprofen and try to make it through the weekend (rather than disrupt his time with his family). He called me again on Easter to see how I was doing and by this time the pain was under control. The level of concern and caring I received before, during and after my procedure from Dr. John was exemplary and that carried over to his staff. I also like that he is very knowledgeable and does his work through a high tech dental microscope. I would highly recommend Dr. John.

If your dentist says you need a root canal and he can do it, STOP! Just say you have a guy already and call doctor Anthony John immediately. I have had 4 molars painfully done by regular dentists and all 4 have needed further work that Dr. John has just finished properly. He has incredible microscopic and diagnostic equipment, great staff, and a very patient centered approach to his treatment as well as pain management. He doesn’t cost much more than a regular dentist would charge to perform a root canal and he takes his time to do the necessary work right. He is amazing!

I am so thankful for Dr. John and his staff! They made entire experience easy and painless! I have heard so many stories about root canals and this office was nothing but amazing. I was in such pain before coming to Dr. John and his office and after I left, I was pain free! The gratitude I feel towards them, words could never express. I feel like myself again, and I’m so happy that I chose this office. Thank you so much!

Dr. John and his staff have made my visits a lot more comfortable with their excellent services that include utmost care and high-​tech equipment. It’s rather odd to say that one can ‘enjoy’ his/​her dentist’s visit but I truly did enjoy mine. The facility is very comfortable and Dr. John is very gentle. His skills on giving painless local anesthesia shots are unsurpassable,
opinion. I would recommend Dr. John’s service anytime.

This is a follow up to my original review that I posted. Turns out Dr. John called me personally and apologized for how things were handled and said they would not bill me for the $ 116. He seemed very sincere and I really appreciated the call from him personally. He totally acknowledged there were some misunderstanding in the communication between the office staff, the insurance company and myself. He said they are going to discuss the issues and make sure that doesn’t happen again. He seemed to be very much about the Community and making sure he does not break the trust between his community and his patients. So overall it worked out and I am happy that he is making things RIGHT! Thanks Dr. John.

I’ve been a patient a Dr. John for 2 years. I had a sensitive tooth that had a previous root canal procedure but everyone kept saying that the root was gone. Thanks goodness, I found Dr. John. He took care of the tooth and it has been pain free for two years. Dr. John and their staff are very caring about the work they do. Service is exceptional. I’m very glad that I had found you.

His knowledge and communication of procedures is second to none!
The staff is outstanding and the office and dentist equipment are cutting edge.
I would recommend Dr. John to anybody that needs a root canal.

Woohoo! As good as it gets, indeed!
It’s just that case when when the worst curse turns out to be a blessing, of course, relatively– you are still at the doctor’s office… And no, I didn’t fall asleep as other patients mentioned here.
The difference makes The Doctor; Dr. John who is absolutely AMAZING, PRECISE as it can be, DETAIL ORIENTED and extremely COMPETENT and HONEST with his patients. HE COMMUNICATES AND EXPLAINS!
I’ve been his patient twice with different teeth, in April 2013 and in October this year and both times my experience was EXCEPTIONALLY REMARKABLE. These word exaggerations describe exactly the way you feel when you leave the office. I intended to put a review for his outstanding work last year, but life got on the way and I didn’t. But the same life (another tooth) brought me back to his office and now I’m actually doing it.
First of all, how the Doctor and his Assistants treat the patient with COMPASSIONATE CARE is very, very impressive in our indifferent medical care system.
Both times I came with serious abscesses and Dr. John TOOK ME RIGHT AWAY, I was so appreciative of that!!! Imagine, when you are suffering that kind of pain how important that is! He did evaluation, diagnostics, 3D scan, treatment and the next thing I knew, the PAIN WAS GONE. After the 1^st treatment. Checked on me during the weekend via a text. I had no pain at all! I had to come back two more times, but he didn’t charge me for that. Regarding the payments.
I remember that my first time, my abscess happened at the financially tight moment, and Dr. John was very gracious and understanding and worked with me and my husband regarding the payment and the charge itself. Those kind of things of thoughtfullness/​human treatment are stuck in your head.
Plus, offering of water, blanket, pillow, glasses, music of your choice, very pleasant stress free enviroment, gorgeous view of the building (you’d notice it later, after your pain is gone) ;
The Doctor who is a COMPLETE PERFECTIONIST (wishing for him to stay the same way) in making your abscessed tooth maximally perfect as it can be, your STRESS FREE EXPERIENCE are the combining factors of why I recommend Pinnacle Ondodontics and Dr. Anthony John.

My husband was referred to Dr. John through another dentist. He came back with rave reviews about his experience. The building was nice and clean. The environment was mellow and he said he was able to pick his own music while the procedure was taking place. The staff was friendly and professional. The doctor was a perfectionist which means he cares about the work he produces, which made my husband know he was in good hands. He enjoyed the experience so much, he fell asleep during the root canal… without anesthesia, which is amazing in and of itself. Eddie says thank you for the professionalism and great work! Dr. Anthony D. John is of excellence! I was referred by a friend for my son. He really cares about his patients. Sceduling an appointment was quick and easy. He is efficient, explains information thoroughly until you comprehend the facts, has the best equipment, beautiful and pleasant atmosphere!

Doctor John and his staff were amazing. He spent a great amount of energy making sure I understood what he was recommending. My daughter used him and I did too for a root canal. Can’t recommend him enough.

My husband went to see Dr. John due to an abbessed tooth. I was referred to Dr John. by another dentist. I made an appt for my husband and they got him in right away. The appt was set for 3:00 and my husband was stuck in traffic. Due to the nature of traffic needless to say my husband was stuck in traffic and called Dr. John office to let them know he would be late and they informed my husband that was not a problem and they would wait for him. My husband got there 2 hours late and Dr John still waited for my husband. Once at Dr Johns office Dr John, introduced himself and his staff to both of us and took my husband back to the dentist chair. My husband was in terrible pain and Dr John explained what was wrong step by step and informed him of what needed to be done. Dr John started the procedure of a temp crown and walked him thru each step as my husband is very timid of dentist. Needless to say Dr John fixed my husband up and took the time out of his evening to assist my husband. They even worked with our insurance company which was pretty cool. Dr John Rocks!

Dr. Jones spent much needed time to evaluate and research my condition. There was no rushing and I was informed and engaged throughout the process. He was very interested in taking a systematic approach to problem-​solving the interest of being as minimally invasive as possible OR necessary.
His assistants were calm and efficient. They worked well to support the doctor and me.

I have to tell you this is my first time I’ve done dental work at this office the level of experience in the professionals of the staff and Dr John beyond excellent I would definitely recommend it and thank you for taking care of me and in the future if I ever need any kind of work on my teeth it’s been a very pleasait’s been a very pleasant experience thank you Dr John

Best dental experience of my life. Only time I have ever looked forward to going to an appointment was here. Dr. John and his staff demonstrate an unrivaled level of courtesy and professionalism. Made the procedure very understandable and answered any questions that arose. I felt very comfortable from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. I experienced nearly no pain during my root canal! Highly recommend going here, especially if you are like me and absolutely hate sharp things in or around your face.

I want to preface this review with; I’m the wrong demographic for the business model. I’m sure some people will love it. If I need a service I prefer straight talk, good service, and a fair price above all else. My opinion is If I have to be «sold» on something… if the benefit isn’t obvious and self explanatory, it’s usually because it isn’t worth it. I’m guessing there are other people like me in the world, so this is for them.
I went to Pinnacle Endodontics on a recommendation from my dentist. I found everyone to be extremely nice and the office to be extravagant in it’s furnishing and décor. I don’t particularly like to see a whole lot of extravagance in the people I’m going to have to pay. Whether it’s true or not, I feel like I will be over-​charged to support additional costs. If my mechanic starts driving a Bentley, I’m going to start questioning his prices.
Also, I’m only going to spend a few hours here, not move in. Swanky surrounding aren’t going to make much of a difference for me.
During the explanation of the practice and procedure, Dr. Johns was informative, overall very nice. Extremely verbose explanation of the «added cost» procedures and why they were so critical, another red flag for me.
When it came time to talk numbers, the estimated costs were explained and handed to me with a pen to sign for a root canal while still reclined in the exam chair, while both he and his assistant moved in and stood over me to either side. I felt as if I was being buttered up during the whole consultation, but this action made it feel like a «high pressure sale». I was so uncomfortable that I got out of the chair so fast I bumped my head on the overhead examination fixture. I don’t know if the prices were good, fair, or otherwise. I just know that I felt pressured to sign right then, which made me second guess everything they had said.
In summary, I get that they are going for a pampered experience, and they are doing a superb job. If you’re like me, this might not be a good fit.
If the folks at Pinnacle could adjust the sales pitch for folks like me, I’m sure I would have had a wonderful experience.

WOW! WOW! WOW! WOW! and a million more WOWS! Dr. John and his staff are AMAZING! I went in for a root canal today after having the consultation one week ago. I agonized for a week over having a root canal from horrible past experiences with dentists on the east coast. I went in the morning feeling so scared and there was NOTHING to be scared about at all. I am a HUGE baby when it comes to dental work and Dr John changed my view of dentists. It was almost PAINLESS… a ROOT CANAL ALMOST PAINLESS… i couldnt believe… I left his office feeling like I didnt just have any work done. I cant believe i freaked out for a week over nothing… DR JOHN IS INCREDIBLE AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO EVERYONE!

I came in only for a consultation and an x-​ray.
The staff was nice to me throughout my entire visit; they seemed like they cared about my well-​being even though I came in only for an x-​ray. They have state-​of-​the-​art equipment and know how to use it. Would definitely come back again if I have the chance.
