Philip also coaches teens and pre-​teens in gaining the self esteem and relationship skills that they need in order to succeed. He’s also coached parents and helped them gain the skills they need in order to help their children throughout their development.

Philip Kravatas started life coaching to teenagers, families, and couples over 25 years ago. He officially established his business in San Diego in 2008.

I was introduced into Life Coaching in my late twenties through the martial art of Aikido. A friend of mine, who was a counselor for troubled adolescent and teen children, invited me to work along side of her. I quickly picked up on different strategies of coaching parents and other individuals on effective parenting and personal growth. This continued for the next 10 years.

It is always in my client’s best interest that I cater to the needs of the individual. I want to see them grow and succeed within their own goals they have set.
