History
Established in 2011.
In 2011, I switched my legal practice from prosecution to criminal defense. While prosecuting for the City of San Diego, I never lost a DUI trial, including low BAC and marijuana DUI trials. Since moving to the defense, I have represented hundreds of DUI defendants– from licensed professionals to blue collar workers. I want to win every case. I give thorough, aggressive attention to every client, and meticulously examine all evidence. I am a member of all major DUI organizations in the state and country, and regularly respond to inquiries from other «top» DUI attorneys. Many DUI attorneys do not understand what a CAD report, calibration report, or chromatogram is, let alone how to ready them. I will never sacrifice my client’s best interest for trial experience– while other, younger DUI attorneys do. I retain loyal clients by giving them my best. Mr. Mesich prosecuted for the City of San Diego and never lost a DUI trial. He was regularly celebrated as the most winning attorney on the «Blue Team» in the General Trial Unit. Before being approved for the litigation experience transfer, Mr. Mesich reviewed million dollar construction contracts for the City of San Diego. His work was featured by the San Diego City Attorney recommending the City declare an emergency before the 2007 Mt. Soledad landslide. Mr. Mesich has two Master’s Degrees aside from his law degree, and his legal education features interning at The White House.
