PB Bikini Hut

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought a groupon back in july of 2013 and it is now january of 2014, and after numerous attempts via email, as they do not have a phone number to contact the company, which is a huge red flag in itself, I have yet to receive my refund or my bathing suits. I spoke specifically to a girl named GINGER who claims she is the secretary or personal assistant to the owner, and stated she would refund my money for not ever receiving my suits. This is a very unprofessionally ran business, and they are at this point stealing from me, and I’m sure numerous other people. As you read below you see many other customers have dealt with the same issues.
AS for the owner or Ginger, After a verbal and email agreement the day before christmas that I would be getting a check in the mail, well this has yet to happen. and its been 6 emails later since christmas and I have yet to get a response.
Let me just state I never write bad reviews for a company, as I understand life and things do happen and I am more than willing to forgive forget and move on. but at this point, I have been more that respecful towards your company, and I have been more than patient in regards to a full refund. of which YOU STILL OWE ME.
My advise to anyone reading this, Stay away from purchasing from them, and do not fall for their good deals online etc. they will not fullfill the shipment nor refund money apparently.

I bought two vouchers from living social back in July because the deal was so great! I decided to only use one at the time because I wanted to check out the quality first.
almost a month later. nothing
I e-​mail PBBikinihut and they tell me that it’ll be out soon. that coupon deals will take about a month. I accepted it because the website did say that.
2 months later. STILL NOTHING.
I decided to check for reviews on them to see if they were even a legitimate company and saw a couple entries on Unilocal about other customers having the same issues.
When I saw the issues, I immediately e-​mailed them inquiring about my order again. I got ignored.
So I contacted livingsocial and they told me that the company got overwhelmed with orders because they were not expecting so many. (this doesn’t seem to match with bikini hut’s claim that living social was not paying them though!)
I finally received my order after well over 3 months and the quality is just so poor!
I still had my other coupon but I didn’t even bother.
horrible service, unreliable, shady.
not to mention the cheap quality of the bikinis!

If I could give NO STARS I would. I bought the Living Social Deal in July hoping I would have the bikini for a girls weekend away down the shore. WRONG! Got an email weeks later saying that Living Social did not make a payment so they were unable to ship my bikini. On August 9^th I received another email:
Dear PB Bikini Hut customers, LivingSocial has finally made partial payment. We are releasing orders again today so you can finally enjoy your bikinis. We do apologize for this mess, but please understand we are a small company and without timely payment from a big company such as LivingSocial, it is very difficult to operate. We thank you all for your support and we are still offering additional fringe bikinis for $ 9 by using promo code «thankyou». Due to LivingSocial’s breach of contract, we have thousands in stock and ready to ship.
I did end yo taking them up on their offer and bough two bathing suits for $ 9. It is now October 7^th and I have not receiv ANYTHING. What a disgrace for a company! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Bought a Living Social Voucher for a bikini and there was some sort of issue where Living Social wasnt paying PB Bikini hut the $ I paid for the bikini.
THIS WAS LIVING SOCIAL’S FAULT. NOT PB BIKINI HUT.
Anyway, Living Social gave me a refund and PB Bikini offered this generous coupon code for me to recieve $ 9 bikinis as a result of the living social issue. I bought 2 and I just recieved my fringe bikinis and I love them and they fit fabulously!!!
Smooth transaction and will buy again soon!

I purchased a bathing suit with a living social deal before the 4^th of July and just got confirmation yesterday that they would be shipping my suit finally!!!
During this time I received multiple e-​mails from customer service. Not one was helpful or told me when to expect my bathing suit.
The first e-​mail blamed their customers for the delay stating that they have been overwhelmed with corrections to orders and that is why there is a delay.
The next e-​mail blamed living social for not fulfilling their end of the deal, still with no resolve or idea of when I would be receiving my order. They did offer a promo code for they delay on the orders… this promo code did not even work.
Finally when I got the e-​mail that my order had been shipped the billing details said I paid full price and that there was no discount and the link to track my purchase did not work.
I finally had enough and contacted them. Their customer service is down right rude and insulting and I never was given any explanation for any of these issues.
I admit I lost my temper and gave them a piece of my mind, but you’d think they would get a clue if this many people are having issues and are upset with their customer service!
I will be reporting them to the better business bureau next!

Just like everyone else here, I’ve had a horrible experience with them. I ordered through LivingSocial during the first week in July. I should get my bikini by my bachelorette party on August 16, right? Wrong. After I’d waited a few day and never heard anything, I inquired about my order. I got a form email back after about 4 days. A week or so after that I got an email saying that if there hadn’t been so many wrong orders, they’d have the bikinis shipped already and that they were too busy responding to emails to ship swimsuits. Really?! A few days after that, I got an email saying they were back-​ordered. A few days after that, I got an email saying LivingSocial had not fulfilled their obligation to them to pay and were thus cancelling all bikinis. But, I was welcome to order a $ 9 swimsuit directly through them. (Eek! Methinks not.)
Also, (just as an interesting aside), they mentioned in the top part of the email that they only have 6 employees, but a couple of paragraphs down they wrote about how they are having to lay so many people off because of this fiasco! It was just weird how things didn’t seem to add up…
The last email suggested I contact LivingSocial and request my money back. Ok, but what about the $ 6 I paid PBbikinihut for shipping? No numbers work for them, but I should get a refund for shipping for an item that never got shipped. At this point, I’m on vacation and decide to deal with it when I get back.
When I get back from vacation (this is now the first week in August) I’ve gotten an email from them saying LivingSocial had made partial payment and they are releasing orders again. Wait, so my order didn’t get cancelled after all? I was confused. I decide to not dispute charges with anyone and wait.
Fast forward to today. I get a package in the mail from PBbikinihut! They came through! (The Wednesday AFTER my b-​party, by the way…) But what I got was quite disappointing. It’s too small, even though I went by the size chart. and the material is not great. Maybe this is a bikini I would have paid $ 14 for (which I did), but definitely not one I would have paid the $ 70 they are charging on the website.
All in all, I don’t know what happened between them and LivingSocial, nor do I care. It’s a shame that so many people got involved in this. Just don’t make my mistake and order from them. Shoddy craftsmanship and shady business practices.

I had the same experience as the other reviews here. I ordered my bikini in June and got it Aug. 12. It was WAY too small and I followed their size chart exactly. It is also extremely cheaply made for the price, and not to my surprise it has a «Made in China» label sewn into it. So I’m sure little kids in China are being pushed around for not getting their order to PB Bikini Hut in time. Not cool PB Bikini Hut, just not cool.
The sad part is that thousands of women aren’t going to trust another clothing purchase made on Groupon or Living Social from other fantastic legitimate businesses. And that’s the real shame here.

It’s been over three weeks and I haven’t received my package yet. I emailed them and I doubt ill even get a response.
