Pazzaz is a nonprofit educational enrichment center working to improve the lives of underachieving youth through quality customized educational and enrichment programs. Pazzaz’s chief program is our tutoring and homework assistance program, which helps students grades one through 12 improve their performance and confidence academically. We also offer other enrichment programs throughout the year (please inquire for more details).

History

Established in 1995.

In 1995, Pazzaz Inc. co-​founders, Paul and Zoneice Jones realized that numerous, complex factors contribute to a student’s failure to thrive in school; and there was a compelling need for early education intervention services if students were to compete academically and thrive in a global society. As such, the Co-​founders unwaveringly set out to make a difference, by combining their finances, expertise and ambitions, to collectively achieve much more than they could ever accomplish individually. Both realized there is no secret antidote to achieving personal and social success; that education is and will always be a conduit for leadership, and personal growth. Pazzaz Inc. began as an afterschool tutoring program for high school students, and has since expanded to providing academic support for students grades K-​12 and enrichment activities that engage students’ curiosity and instill a lifelong love of learning.
