I went to look around. Didn’t find anything I liked in my size. I asked an associate on the floor for some help. She was rude and not helpful at all. I was about to go when another associate walked up and asked if I needed anything. She was wounderful. So helpful and genuinely sweet. If she had of been the only person working I would of given 5 stars.

Payless is a great store. A one stop shope for shoes and other stuff like purses scarfs and hats. This particular store is on the small side when it comes to space to move around.
Payless in general is not a place here you can save money anymore I bought a pair of boots and spent 50 dollars.
