Park ‘N Fly – Palm Lot

In one word: Horrible. We parked here, relying on our previous experience with this company, in its past incarnations, and my wife and I were so disappointed this time. We arrived late (midnight) at the airport, went to the shuttle pick-​up, saw another Park ‘N Fly shuttle– they said they’d call in the shuttle for our lot. We waited and waited. I finally called myself, the lady said they’d send the shuttle. Saw all the competitors shuttles come and go twice, thrice, and we waited. Called again. The lady said the shuttle already passed and didn’t stop because we didn’t flag them down (which was a lie). We waited about 30 – 45 minutes until finally we got a shuttle. The shuttle was sad: it had a right-​side driving mirror flapping in the wind and a seat in the back rattling with «caution» tape over it. We drove 30 seconds and the driver stops in a busy median, put his hazard lights on, so he could fix the mirror (he had to «save» it). If we got hit by one of the other shuttles speeding past — complete liability. We had to give the driver one of our own plastic bags to save his mirror. We got the lot and went to pay our bill and the attendant had to manually compute our total, because they don’t have an automated ticket dispenser– they had to manually punch your entrance ticket and likewise figure out your total. It was a sad affair and I have no intention of going back. This company used to be very good, the best, years ago. But, I think the previous company was bought out and the current company has horrible customer service.
