We love coming to this location bc its like a gem in a rough Not a lot of traffic/people coming(for now). Love the food however not the staff! Some of them are not attentive. I came here twice only for their milk tea, and first time it took them 15 min or so to make it, had I not come in front and asked for it no one will do it or they will forget abt it for sure. I ddnt bother to complain the first time bc the tea was good. So the second time, yesterday, I saw the place and thought of getting another milk tea… Lo and behold, same thing happened I think no one wants to do it I can tell bc theres no person nor anything going on in their Tea Bar area. This time I ddnt want to wait for 15 min so I approached one of the staff and inquire about my tea, and the lady(not the one who took my order) was clueless and she said, «I ddnt know you were waiting for the tea» so right away she took the initiative but she was loud telling the staff how come no one’s doing it now. To cut the story short, she upgraded our milk teas from reg to Large, it was good of her but the quality of the taste was jeopardize, this time I can only taste the Milk! although I know she told me earlier she had to prepare the tea so I knw the tea was there! Her name by the way is, Melinda(staff). I know she was trying to compensate the inconvenience, so yeah, I appreciate that from her. But Im not sure Im going to buy their tea anymore its just pure stress, and they should just close their tea bar as far as I’m concerned.

I watched the employee push down the trash with her bare hands and then make my drink. She did not wash her hands. I can’t imagine how she handles food. GROSS Also, they took an extremely long time to take my order. My friend and I were the only two customers(I wonder why). After quite a few minutes they took my friends order, she wanted a medium drink and they handed her a cup and walked away. I had to wait even longer to order my tea/lemonade.

The staff talk to you like you’re not valued as a customer. They are rude and unfriendly. I ordered a milk tea and 15 minutes later, asked if it was ready & nobody was even going to make it in the first place. Horrible store.

Service was slow but friendly and pleasant. It’s the only place you can get a meal(other options are Auntie Anne’s, Carvel ice cream etc.) amongst the other places within the mini food court in this section of the shopping outlet, so it gets crowded fast. The food looked it had been sitting out under the heat lamps for a while. I got a simple teriyaki chicken white mixed veggies. It was decent and relatively healthy for fast food near the border. There’s a tea bar inside this location that serves boba and other Asian style tea drinks.

Today my wife and I went to this location to eat. I cannot comment on their food because I never had a chance to eat. when we went up to place our order we noticed most of their premier food items were empty, I should have got the hint already but I placed my order. We ordered three two item plates, two for there and one to go. She did not fill the order but just wrote it on the plates and placed it behind several similar orders waiting to be filled. We waited for about ten more minutes and no food seemed to be coming out from the cooking area. During this time two of the employees were arguing in Spanish with a customer about something on the man’s receipt. Eventually a third employee joined in the argument. in the meantime they seemed to getting more and more backed up. After about fifteen minutes we noticed they hadn’t filled the orders in front of us even though new customers who came in after us were getting their food. Whoever is in charge of this store needs to invest in some customer training for those employees. They could also use a little training on how to keep their food bins full too. I wou, d not recommend eating a this particular Panda Express.

After leaving a very good review last time I was here, this place turned a 180 on us. The portion given to us is so dismal. My kids orange chicken bowl is literally 9 pieces the size of my pinky finger. When asked, the manager told us that«you can always ask for more». Really? What I’m asking is a fair portion! And I should not beg for more!!! My broccoli beef had 6 pieces of broccoli and maybe 7 minute slices of chicken. I know this post may not make a difference but if there is negative stars then this place would have gotten just that.

This location was alright. My only complaint is the Beijing Beef. It was very dry and crispy like chips. And it tasted bland. Other than that, the orange chicken, fried rice, and chow mein were good. I prefer the Plaza Bonita location

Hmm. What should I say first… Well, I ordered kung pao chicken, NOT kung pao zucchini… I only had 2 small pieces of chicken and the rest was zucchini. I went back in to show them my entrée & actually gave me one side of kung pao. Also, my man’s Beijing beef was too hard to the point where it was really hard for healthy adults to chew. Service was good :) nice workers

This is the correct address for the only Panda Express in San Ysidro, California. There is a fake review on Unilocal by Sara B. who has her facts all wrong about the real Panda Express since it only opened a few days ago and not over 1 month ago. Where she ate at I have no idea but she her bunk review has already been flagged. I am just trying to give a heads up as to prevent anyone from going to the other fake one. And FYI, this Panda is located inside Las Americas Shopping Outlets in the very back behind the Duty Free and Nike. The food is the same as the other walk-in Panda locations. I only ordered a panda bowl of chicken rice.
