This place is so unprofessional. I feel bad for all the employees who work for whatever person runs this place. I have ordered delivery from this place twice and they charged me for the meal and then canceled it both times!!! I would not eat here or order from here again. You guys blew it for me.

Panda Express, the largest Chinese fast food restaurant chain in the United States, might be known to be Americanized, but I was surprised to read and learn that the restaurant chain was actually founded by Chinese immigrant couple, Andrew and Peggy Cherng, both whom are highly educated in the U.S. Trained and well-rounded in mathematics, computer science and engineering, their knowledge and logistic skills built the foundation for their business to grow into a multi-billion dollar industry. Often found in shopping mall food courts, universities(UCSD!), airports or just stand-alone buildings, Panda Express provides a fast option for an Asian-fusion dining experience. I have personally tried and satisfied with their catering service, as they are so generous with the portions, one time even throwing in an extra side because of the big order. I also enjoy completing surveys online to receive a free entrée! Our company caters frequently from Panda Express, although not a favorite among the crowd because of the saltiness and grease(although Panda promises they avoid MSG like the plague), it gives me more leftovers to bring home for dinner! We have catered at work: Entrees: — Kung Pao Chicken — Broccoli Beef — Shanghai Angus Steak — Eggplant Tofu Sides: — Chow Mien — Fried Rice — Mixed Veggies — Brown Steamed Rice When ordering a combo meal at the restaurant, for your sides instead of just choosing one, you can ask for half-and-half(ie: half chow mien and half fried rice). I find all the shrimp and chicken items more tender than the steak and really good. I am a bit disappointed that they have removed soup from the menu, but still offer other appetizers, such as Cream Cheese Rangoon, Chicken Egg Rolls, Veggie Spring Roll, etc. All meals come with fortune cookies! In addition, certain participating Panda Express are introducing a Tea Bar serving tea, smoothies and boba. The creativity is limitless!

Very disappointed with the service and quality of food that I had the other night. Granted my gf and I wanted to get some food last minute, we went there around 10pm on a Friday. I have been to Panda Express last minute before but there was barely any options. The girls working the line were super rude and were not helpful. My steak for the Shanghai steak that was 1.25 $ more was dry and I only got 4 small pieces. They didn’t even offer to make more and when I asked if they could they told me that it was going to take ten minutes.

You can never go wrong with Panda Express! Well, at least I can’t. Especially this location. Orange Chicken tastes perfect and so does the Beijing Beef. Honey Walnut Shrimp I get sometimes only when it was freshly made. Not a fan of their Beef &Broccolli cause I feel like it has no flavor.

Let me start by saying the food is pretty good and fresh. The service was friendly and I was offered to samples. On that alone I would give them 4 stars. However, the problem is I ordered Spring Rolls and charged for them. Once I got home, they of course were not there. You might say, well that’s what happens with chain restaurants/fast food, but screw that. I’ve been to In-n-Out several hundred times in my lifetime and they’ve never screwed up my order. My advice is to open your bag and check that everything is correct before you pay for your meal, regardless of how much they are trying to hurry and move you along.

3÷20÷16, Sunday around 9pm Just came home from this place and I am furious. Ordered crispy shrimp($ 1.59 for 3 pc) and when I checked my receipt in the car, I realized I was charged $ 7.80 for the shrimp. My recepit said: 4 crispy shrimp — $ 7.80. I don’t understand how this is even possible as the appitizer only comes in either 3pc or 6pc. When I went back and notified the cashier(short Asian boy with dark skin), he took my receipt and gave back the money without any apologies. He was extremely rude. I’ve been coming to this place quite often but after today’s visit, I am never coming back. This place rips people off and the employees lack even the most basic customer service skills. The portions are also very small compared to other Panda locations. Will be spreading my words about this terrible place.

I always go here but today I was very annoyed that I had to go to work and I was at the drive thru at Cotixans next door and saw that Panda Express was open so I came over. It opens at 9:30am and nothing was ready for at least 10 – 15 minutes. Some food was being made and looked hot but the honey walnut shrimp and orange chicken looked like it was just pulled out the fridge. Don’t know, but don’t care. I always get the chow mein, orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp. Cheap and it gets the job done.

I don’t know if they’ve changed the recipes or just hired new cooks who lay on the spice, but what used to be my favorite dishes here were inedible tonight. Way too spicy and way too salty to eat. And the chicken egg rolls were the same. Too spicy, too salty. The cream cheese wontons were overcooked and one of them didn’t even have any cream cheese in it. Also, it was really, really loud in there. The cooks kept banging the metal pans loud enough that it made me jump several times. I doubt we’ll be back any time soon.

My guilty pleasure! American style Chinese food! It’s so bad to be eating every day or even every other day but Panda Express is seriously so addicting. I love this location because the service is good and fast and parking is usually always easy to find. I finally tried a sample of the Beijing Beef after being offered it so many times! That’s good too but I’m a 2 item combo girl! I always get chow mein, walnut shrimp(yes, I know it’s a dollar extra), and orange chicken!

I think that a dishwasher should be used to clean the trays instead of an employee using one rag to wipe down all the trays. My first time to this location and I now have something sticky on my fingers from the tray as I move with the herd down the line. There is a line out the door. I don’t know why… Deep fried, battered dipped, soaked in sugar sauce food. I miss NY, Chicago, SFO where there is a choice of non-franchise food restaurants I need a gallon side of water to wash down the sweetener(sugar/high fructose corn syrup). My fault, I ordered orange chicken and Beijing beef, chow mein noodles. I forgot how sweet they were. All edible, non-customizable, standard franchise food restaurant…

Panda Express is very popular anywhere you go, so expect to wait. Anyways, the serving size is large if you get 3 entrees. I always get the bowl(2 entrees) teriyaki chicken VERY good. Nice and moist tasteful chicken. And chow mien. They add celery and lettuce. I can do without those things, but it adds flavor and texture. The cheese wontons and chicken spring roll is good too! It’s extra for 3 wontons or one chicken spring roll. They have some new options at panda. Btw no more egg in the fried rice!!! There is an egg shortage :(

Double orange chicken with steamed rice or brown rice. Or a bowl if two entrees are too much. I feel like their noodles here are always so greasy so I never get them. They now have little labels on the food letting you know how much protein it has. Good if you like to know those things. The chicken teriyaki is also what I like to get. I’ll be back whenever I’m craving quick«chinese» food.

I love Panda Express but I don’t like the small servings. I kinda wished they filled the to go plate. It looks so sparse. And the $ 1.25 extra for special items such as the angus steak and they don’t give you enough. I was told they count how many pieces of steak goes in your plate. I also wished they restock their utensils. They had forks in the spoon slot. But overall the food is a good fast American Chinese and they have TV.

Panda Express is to Chinese food like Taco Bell is to Mexican food. Is that a bad thing? No. I eat at both places a lot. They are actually my wife’s favorite places to eat. When we are low on groceries. I am always finding myself bringing home one or the other, after work, for dinner. Panda Express is fast food Chinese style. When you go into a Panda Express. The chain store is usually clean. I have been to some Mom and Pop Chinese food restaurants and I can’t say the same thing. Makes you want to run for the hills. I know we all have been to a place or two like that in the past. Back to Panda Express. They have many varieties of dishes to choose from; chicken to beef to shrimp to vegetarian dishes from mild to spicy hot. I usually start with the half and half. Which is half fried rice and half chow mein. Then I get broccoli beef and orange chicken. I wrap up my order usually with two egg rolls adding some sweet and sour dipping sauce. I am thinking they switch out the more popular dishes out more frequently so it’s usually fresh. I rarely go wrong with broccoli beef and orange chicken. I feel if they aren’t switching out old with new food once in a while. They are doing it wrong. Overall, Panda Express is consistent in quality and price. It is a product that my family have enjoyed for years and will continue to enjoy as far as I can see. Fast food Chinese style done right.

Panda express is just like any other Panda express. What sets each location apart from each other is the manner in how they handle their customers. I’ve been to this location quite a few times and customer service has always been good. Yes there can be a line, yes it may take a little while to get your food and get out the door. But with the amount of people they serve during lunch/dinner rush its reasonable to expect a little longer wait time. They do a good job here of getting customers in and out the door, but there is only so much you can do when you get a lot of people coming in such a short amount of time. They do a GOOD job of getting them taken care of quick. Foodwise they are like any other panda express. They are Americanized Chinese but it does the job when you are craving Chinese. The portions are regular, enough to fill you up. The price is good for what you get. However, if you come by near the time they close the portions tend to be a little bigger. Parking here is good, there is plenty of parking even at lunch dinner rush. Kung Pao chicken and Orange chicken are my fave’s here. If you are craving Chinese, this place will do the job.

Terrible location. The people were working seemed so flustered with the long line waiting. The manager was even putting the food in containers too and I witnessed her make a HUGE mistake. The employees seemed stressed out causing them to move in fast forward, but it was is if their hands were moving faster than their brains. They would grab the spoon, asked what you wanted, when you answered, would do something else and ask what you wanted again. It was whack! The manager’s mistake was when the guest behind us ordered the teriyaki chicken. She asked him if he wanted the sauce on top or on the side. He said on top, but later changed his mind to on the side. She asked do you want on top AND on the side? He said just on the side. She passed our order to the cashier, and when she went back to his, I clearly saw her put the sauce on top when i CLEARLY heard him say on the side. #epicfail. Not only were there errors, the portions put into our entrée and bowl were so small! I’ve been to Panda locations where they hook it up. So terrible! Can’t even complain to the manager when she’s the one making the mistakes. I think the employees need to slow down, and make sure that they’re doing everything correctly rather than trying to speed up to the process. It’ll be better customer service. Your line is out the door for a reason, people want the food, so we can wait if that’s what it takes.
